Description
Claims (5)
- 銅の電解精製後の電解液を二段階で電解する工程と、
前記電解する工程で得られる電解尾液を二段階で濃縮する工程と、
前記濃縮する工程で得られる濃縮物を洗浄せずに固液分離する工程と、を有することを特徴とする粗硫酸ニッケルの製造方法。 - 前記固液分離する工程で得られる粗硫酸ニッケルの表面に硫酸が付着する請求項1に記載の粗硫酸ニッケルの製造方法。
- 前記二段階で電解する工程は、前記電解液から銅を回収する第1の電解工程と、前記第1の電解工程後の電解尾液から、砒素、アンチモンおよびビスマスのうち少なくとも1つを回収する第2の電解工程を含む請求項1または2に記載の粗硫酸ニッケルの製造方法。
- 前記二段階で電解する工程の後における電解尾液中の不純物は1.5g/L以下である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の粗硫酸ニッケルの製造方法。
- 前記二段階で濃縮する工程は、真空蒸発工程と、液中燃焼行程を含む請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の粗硫酸ニッケルの製造方法。
