Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る炭化装置(以下「本装置」という。)1の概略断面を示す図である。本図で示すように、本装置1は、燃焼物質を搬送する燃焼物質搬送部2と、燃焼物質を燃焼させる燃焼部3と、を備えている。また、燃焼部3における断面の例について図2に示しておく。本図は、燃料搬送部2の回転軸の延伸方向に対して垂直な面における断面図である。
ここで、本装置による燃焼によって発生する煙の流れについて説明する。

- 回転軸と、前記回転軸の周囲に配置されるらせん状の羽根部材と、前記回転軸及び前記羽根部材を覆うカバーを備え、燃焼物質を搬送する燃焼物質搬送部と、
前記燃焼物質搬送部を覆う外壁部材を有し、前記燃焼物質を燃焼させる燃焼部と、を備えた炭化装置であって、
前記燃焼物質搬送部は、前記燃焼部内において前記カバーの上面部分が外されている部分を有し、
前記燃焼部は、前記外壁部材内部、かつ、前記燃焼物質搬送部の前記カバーの上面部分が外されている部分で30cm以上100cm以下の距離を開けて上方に設けられた金属製網材と、を備える炭化装置。 - 前記金属製網材は、直径0.5mm以上3mm以下の径のステンレス線を、3mm以上10mm以下の間隙で交差して組み合わせたものである請求項1記載の炭化装置。
