Claims (3)
- (1)FLI1(Friend leukemia(virus)integration 1、ETS transcription factor)タンパク質、
(2)前記タンパク質をコードする核酸分子、および
(3)前記核酸分子が導入されたベクターからなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、体細胞から骨髄細胞(myeloid cell)への直接交差分化誘導用組成物であって、
前記骨髄細胞は、単球前駆細胞(monocyte progenitor cells)であり、
前記体細胞は、線維芽細胞(fibroblast)、上皮細胞、神経幹細胞、オリゴデンドロサイト前駆細胞、および間葉系幹細胞からなる群より選択される1種以上である、体細胞から骨髄細胞への直接交差分化誘導用組成物。 - 前記ベクターは、プラスミドベクター、コスミドベクター、ウイルスベクター、レンチウイルスベクター、レトロウイルス(Retrovirus)ベクター、HIV(Human immunodeficiency virus)ベクター、MLV(Murineleukemia virus)ベクター、ASLV(Avian sarcoma/leukosis)ベクター、SNV(Spleen necrosis virus)ベクター、RSV(Rous sarcoma virus)ベクター、MMTV(Mouse mammary tumor virus)ベクター、アデノウイルス(Adenovirus)ベクター、アデノ随伴ウイルス(Adeno-associated virus)ベクター、 単純ヘルペスウイルス(Herpes simplex virus)ベクター、およびエピソーマル(episomal)ベクターからなる群より選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の体細胞から骨髄細胞への直接交差分化誘導用組成物。
- (1)FLI1(Friend leukemia virus integration 1)タンパク質、
(2)前記タンパク質をコードする核酸分子、および
(3)前記核酸分子が導入されたベクターからなる群より選択された1種以上を含む組成物を体細胞に接触、または挿入する段階を含む、インビトロで体細胞を骨髄細胞に直接交差分化する方法であって、
前記骨髄細胞は、単球前駆細胞(monocyte progenitor cells)であり、
前記体細胞は、線維芽細胞(fibroblast)、上皮細胞、神経幹細胞、オリゴデンドロサイト前駆細胞、および間葉系幹細胞からなる群より選択される1種以上である、体細胞を骨髄細胞に直接交差分化する方法。
