Claims (2)
- 上面に電子部品が載置される第1基板と、
前記第1基板の上面側に間隔をあけて配置され、上面に電子部品が載置される第2基板と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に設けられ、前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に閉空間を形成する筒状のブラケットと、を有し、
前記第1基板に載置される前記電子部品は、コイル部品を含み、
前記第2基板の上面及び前記第2基板に載置された電子部品の表面は、絶縁性コーティング剤によってコーティングされ、
前記コイル部品は、コーティングされていない電子制御モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の電子制御モジュールにおいて、
前記絶縁性コーティング剤によるコーティング部分と前記電子制御モジュールを収容する筐体との間で熱伝導をするプレートをさらに備える電子制御モジュール。
