Claims (18)
- 電池セルであって、
電極アセンブリと、
前記電極アセンブリを収容するための外筐であって、前記外筐の第一の壁は、第一の本体と、前記第一の本体に接続される取付体とを含み、前記取付体には、前記電池セルの内圧又は温度が閾値に達した時に作動して圧力を逃すための放圧機構が設けられる外筐とを含み、
ここで、前記第一の壁の厚さ方向に、前記取付体の少なくとも一部は、前記電極アセンブリに面する方向に沿って前記第一の本体の前記電極アセンブリに面する表面から突出し、且つ前記放圧機構と前記電極アセンブリとの間の最小距離は、前記第一の本体と前記電極アセンブリとの間の最小距離よりも小さく、
前記第一の壁は、第二の本体をさらに含み、前記第二の本体は、前記第一の本体に繋がり、前記第一の本体は、前記第二の本体に対して前記電極アセンブリから離反する方向に突出し、前記電極アセンブリに面する同一側に、前記放圧機構と前記取付体の少なくとも一部を収容するための凹み領域を形成する、電池セル。 - 前記取付体の少なくとも一部の厚さは、前記第一の本体の厚さよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記取付体は、取付部と、接続部とを含み、前記取付部は、前記放圧機構を取り付けるために用いられ、且つ前記取付部の厚さは、前記接続部の厚さよりも大きく、前記接続部は、前記取付部と前記第一の本体とを接続するために用いられる、請求項2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記取付体には、放圧穴が設置され、前記放圧機構は、前記放圧穴を覆い、前記電池セルの内圧又は温度が閾値に達した時に作動して前記放圧穴を介して前記圧力を逃す、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記取付体は、第一の凹部を有し、前記第一の凹部は、前記取付体の前記電極アセンブリに面する表面から前記電極アセンブリから離反する方向に凹み、前記放圧機構の少なくとも一部は、前記第一の凹部に収容される、請求項4に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第一の凹部の底面は、前記第一の本体の前記電極アセンブリに面する表面よりも前記電極アセンブリに近い、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第一の凹部の底面には、前記放圧穴が設置される、請求項5又は6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記放圧穴の前記電極アセンブリから離反する側に設置され、前記放圧機構を防護するための保護シートをさらに含む、請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記取付体の前記電極アセンブリから離反する側は、前記放圧穴を周回する凸部を有し、前記凸部は、前記取付体の前記電極アセンブリから離反する表面から前記電極アセンブリから離反する方向に突出し、前記保護シートは、前記凸部の前記電極アセンブリから離反する表面に設置される、請求項8に記載の電池セル。
- 前記取付体は、第二の凹部を有し、前記第二の凹部は、前記取付体の前記電極アセンブリから離反する表面から前記電極アセンブリに面する方向に凹み、前記放圧穴は、前記第一の凹部の底面と前記第二の凹部の底面とを貫通し、前記凸部は、前記第二の凹部の底面に位置している、請求項9に記載の電池セル。
- 前記凸部の高さは、前記第二の凹部の深さよりも小さい、請求項10に記載の電池セル。
- 前記取付体と前記第一の本体は、一体構造である、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記取付体は、取付部と、接続部とを含み、前記取付部は、前記放圧機構を取り付けるために用いられ、前記接続部は、前記取付部と前記第一の本体とを接続するために用いられ、前記接続部の厚さは、前記第一の本体から前記取付部に向かって徐々に増加する、請求項12に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極アセンブリは、本体部と、タブとを含み、
前記第一の壁には、前記タブに電気的に接続するための電極端子が設置され、前記凹み領域は、前記タブの少なくとも一部を収容するためにさらに用いられる、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記厚さ方向に、前記取付体の前記電極アセンブリに向かう表面と前記本体部との間の最小距離は、第一の距離であり、前記第二の本体の前記電極アセンブリに向かう表面と前記本体部との間の最小距離は、第二の距離であり、前記第二の距離は、前記第一の距離以下である、請求項14に記載の電池セル。
- 前記外筐は、
開口を有するハウジングであって、前記電極アセンブリは前記ハウジング内に収容されるハウジングと、
前記開口を被せるための、前記第一の壁であるカバープレートと、を含む、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。 - 電池であって、
請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の電池セルと、
複数の前記電池セルを収容するための筐体とを含む、電池。 - 電力消費機器であって、請求項17に記載の電池を含み、前記電池は、前記電力消費機器のために電気エネルギーを提供するためのものである、電力消費機器。
