Description
S100において、極柱5とケース1とを仮固定する。
S200において、コアパック2の負極端を第2接続シート7に溶接させ、正極端を第1接続シート3に溶接させる。
S300において、絶縁接着剤層により第2接続シート7の溶接対象以外のエリアを被覆し、そして、絶縁接着剤層を用いて第1接続シート3の側壁を被覆する。
S400において、コアパック2の負極端をケース1内に挿入させて、第2接続シート7を極柱5に溶接させる。
S500において、第1接続シート3の第2ボス32を極板4に当接させ、且つ極板4の弧状溝42の溝底からレーザ溶接を行う。
S600において、極板4をケース1に溶接させて、この電池の組立を完了させる。
S700において、極板4の注液孔44に電解液を注入する。
Claims (10)
- ケース、前記ケース内に設けられるコアパック、前記ケースの一端に設けられ且つ前記コアパックに接続される第1接続シート、及び前記第1接続シートの前記コアパックから離反する一側に設けられる極板を備え、
前記極板の前記第1接続シートから離れる一側面には少なくとも、2つの凹んだ弧状溝が間隔的に設けられており、すべての前記弧状溝は前記極板の中心に沿って環状で均一に配置され、前記弧状溝の溝底が前記第1接続シートに溶接され、
前記極板の中部には防爆孔が設けられており、前記第1接続シートには通気孔が設けられ、前記通気孔と前記防爆孔とが対向し、前記極板の前記第1接続シートに近隣する一側面には、前記防爆孔を取り囲んで前記極板から離れる一端面が前記第1接続シートに接続される第1ボスが設けられている、
電池。 - 前記弧状溝は2つ設けられており、2つの前記弧状溝が前記防爆孔に沿って対称に設けられ、前記極板には、2つの前記弧状溝の対称軸線に位置する注液孔が設けられている、
請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記第1接続シートの前記極板に近い一側面には、凸出した第2ボスが前記弧状溝に対応して設けられており、前記第2ボスが前記極板に当接する、
請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記第2ボスの幅方向の長さはL1で、前記弧状溝の幅方向の長さはL2で、L1>L2である、
請求項3に記載の電池。 - 前記第2ボスは円環状を呈し、又は、前記第2ボスは複数あり、且つ前記第2ボスの数は前記弧状溝の数にマッチングする、
請求項3に記載の電池。 - 前記第1接続シートには複数の漏液孔が設けられており、すべての前記漏液孔がいずれも前記第2ボスと前記第1接続シートのエッジとの間に位置する、
請求項4に記載の電池。 - 前記極板と前記ケースとは接続されて共同で前記電池の第1電極を形成する、
請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 前記極板の前記第1接続シートから離れる一側面は、平面構造である、
請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 極柱及びシールリングをさらに備え、
前記ケースの前記極板から離れる一端面には極柱孔が設けられており、前記極柱は前記極柱孔内に挿設され、前記極柱孔の孔壁と前記極柱との間には前記シールリングが設けられている、
