Description
下記工程により実施例1~6のガスシールド溶接ワイヤを作製した。
Claims (13)
- 化学元素として、質量パーセントで、
0<C≦0.03%、0<S≦0.020%、Mn:0.30~0.70%、Si:0.30~0.70%、Ti:0.02~0.07%、Cr:1.60~2.20%、Ni:1.6~2.4%、およびCu:0.20~0.35%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物である、ガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材。 - S元素含有量が質量パーセントで0.002~0.012%である、請求項1に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材。
- 化学元素として、質量パーセントで、
0<C≦0.03%、0<S≦0.020%、Mn:0.30~0.70%、Si:0.30~0.70%、Ti:0.02~0.07%、Cr:1.60~2.20%、Ni:1.6~2.4%、およびCu:0.20~0.35%を含有し、
0<Ca≦0.0014%および/または0<Al≦0.015%をさらに含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物である、ガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材。 - 上記溶接ワイヤ用線材中、P元素、O元素、およびN元素は不可避不純物であり、P元素、O元素、およびN元素の含有量は質量パーセントでP≦0.015%、O≦0.0060%、およびN≦0.0070%に制御されている、請求項1に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材。
- C×P×104≦4(式中、CおよびPは上記溶接ワイヤ用線材中の対応元素の質量パーセントを表す)をさらに満たす、請求項4に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材。
- 耐候性指数がI=26.01Cu+3.88Ni+1.20Cr+1.49Si+17.28P-7.29Cu×Ni-9.10Ni×P-33.39Cu2≧10(式中、Cu、Ni、Cr、Si、およびPは上記溶接ワイヤ用線材中の対応元素の質量パーセントを表す)である、請求項4に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材。
- 上記溶接ワイヤ用線材から得られる溶着金属は、混合ベイナイト+混合フェライトの微細構造を有し、上記混合フェライトの相比率が10%~30%であり、上記混合ベイナイトは、粒状ベイナイト、上部ベイナイト、下部ベイナイト、および塊状ベイナイトを含み、かつ、上記混合フェライトは、二次相を有するフェライト、粒界フェライト、針状フェライト、および塊状フェライトを含む、請求項1に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材。
- スパッタ率が2%未満である、請求項1に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材。
- 上記溶接ワイヤ用線材から得られる溶着金属は、降伏強度ReLが350MPa以上、引張強度Rmが500MPa以上、伸びAが18%以上、かつ-40℃での衝撃エネルギーAkvが47J以上である、請求項1に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ用線材から作製されたガスシールド溶接ワイヤ。
- 上記ガスシールド溶接ワイヤから得られる溶着金属は、混合ベイナイト+混合フェライトの微細構造を有し、上記混合フェライトの相比率が10%~30%であり、上記混合ベイナイトは、粒状ベイナイト、上部ベイナイト、下部ベイナイト、および塊状ベイナイトを含み、かつ、上記混合フェライトは、二次相を有するフェライト、粒界フェライト、針状フェライト、および塊状フェライトを含む、請求項10に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ。
- スパッタ率が2%未満である、請求項10に記載のガスシールド溶接ワイヤ。
