Claims (9)
- 電気的コイルの形状である螺旋状体を、導電性材料から生成する方法であって、前記方法において、まずは線形状の前記導電性材料が複数のターンを有する弦巻線を形成するようにマンドレルの周りに巻き付けられ、次に圧力をかける前に、前記マンドレルおよび前記弦巻線はダイ内に配置され、前記マンドレルに固定的に接続されたベースプレートが形状ロック接続により前記ダイに接続され、その後、前記弦巻線に対して前記弦巻線の軸方向に圧力がかけられ、その結果、個別のターンの断面が、前記弦巻線の前記軸方向に変形および圧縮され、前記弦巻線に対する前記圧力は、多段階に上昇し、圧力上昇後毎に、再度前記圧力が一時的に低下する、方法。
- 軸方向圧力が、前記弦巻線に対して、パルス状打ち込み形式で、複数回連続してかけられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マンドレルおよび前記弦巻線は、前記圧力がかかる前に、前記弦巻線を囲い、前記弦巻線の径方向外方への拡張を制限するダイ内に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記弦巻線に対する前記圧力、または圧力パルスの強度は、前記巻きの少なくとも1つのターンの場合、前記弦巻線の前記軸方向の高さが少なくとも10%減少するように選択される、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記線形状材料には、電気的絶縁および/または含侵性外層が、巻き処理の前または後に設けられる、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記線形状材料には、電気的絶縁および/または含侵性外層が、前記弦巻線の前記圧縮後に設けられる、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記弦巻線は圧縮後に電気的絶縁充填材料により封止され、前記電気的絶縁充填材料は前記弦巻線の前記ターン間の中間空間を完全に充填し、前記弦巻線の前記ターンを互いに電気的に絶縁する、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- ダイと、前記ダイを、前記弦巻線を巻き付けるためのマンドレルに接続する接続デバイスと、前記マンドレルを収容するための凹部を備えるラムを含む圧力デバイスであって、前記ラムは、前記弦巻線に対する前記圧力を、多段階に上昇させ、圧力上昇後毎に、再度前記圧力が一時的に低下させる、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の方法を実施するためのデバイス。
- 前記ダイは、前記圧縮された弦巻線を収容するための円錐形空洞を含む、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
