Claims (8)
- 車両用駆動システムであって、
駆動輪に駆動力を発生させるモータと、
前記モータと電気的に接続されたインバータと、
前記インバータに電力を供給するバッテリ部と、
前記インバータの動作を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記バッテリ部は、第1および第2バッテリを有し、かつ、互いに接続された前記第1バッテリの負極および前記第2バッテリの正極が、接地されており、
前記制御装置は、前記インバータから前記モータに出力される電圧が、前記第1バッテリの出力電圧および前記第2バッテリの出力電圧よりも高くなるように、前記インバータの動作を制御するものであり、
前記車両用駆動システムは、
前記第1および第2バッテリのそれぞれから、前記インバータ以外の、前記車両に搭載された電気機器への電力供給が可能なように、構成されており、
所定の電気機器への電力供給元を、前記第1バッテリまたは前記第2バッテリに切り換え可能に構成されたバッテリ切換回路を備え、
前記バッテリ切換回路は、
前記所定の電気機器に電力供給を行うための一対の配線である、第1および第2配線の間に設けられたキャパシタと、
前記第1バッテリの正極と前記第1配線との間に設けられた第1スイッチと、
前記第2バッテリの正極と前記第1配線との間に設けられた第2スイッチと、
前記第1バッテリの負極と前記第2配線との間に設けられた第3スイッチと、
前記第2バッテリの負極と前記第2配線との間に設けられた第4スイッチとを備えるものであり、
前記車両用駆動システムは、
前記第1および第2配線の間に設けられ、前記第1および第2配線の間の電圧を変換して、前記所定の電気機器と異なる電源電圧で動作する電気機器に出力するDC/DCコンバータを備える
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記バッテリ切換回路が有する前記第1~第4スイッチのオン/オフを制御する制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記第1および第2バッテリが有するエネルギーの大小を判定し、
前記第1バッテリのエネルギーが前記第2バッテリのエネルギーよりも大きいときは、前記第1および第3スイッチをオンにし、前記第2および第4スイッチをオフにする動作を行い、
前記第2バッテリのエネルギーが前記第1バッテリのエネルギーよりも大きいときは、前記第1および第3スイッチをオフにし、前記第2および第4スイッチをオンにする動作を行う
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記バッテリ切換回路は、当該車両が前記モータによって走行しているとき、前記第1バッテリまたは前記第2バッテリから前記所定の電気機器への電力供給を行わない
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記第1バッテリは、直列に接続された複数のバッテリセルを有しており、
前記車両用駆動システムは、
前記第1バッテリに対して設けられており、前記複数のバッテリセル間の充放電制御を行うことによって、前記複数のバッテリセルの充電量をバランスさせるセルバランス回路を備える
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項4記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記第1バッテリは、前記複数のバッテリセルの1つから、前記第1バッテリの出力電圧と異なる電圧の電力を出力する
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記バッテリ部は、カートリッジ化された第3および第4バッテリが着脱可能に構成されており、装着された前記第3バッテリは前記第1バッテリと並列に接続され、装着された前記第4バッテリは前記第2バッテリと並列に接続される
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記インバータは、マルチレベルインバータである
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両用駆動システムにおいて、
前記第1および第2バッテリの出力電圧は、60V以下である
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動システム。
