Claims (3)
- 温度、劣化状態、及びCレートの組み合わせ毎の二次電池の充電曲線の微分曲線を記憶する記憶部と、
温度、劣化状態、及びCレートの情報を含む診断対象二次電池の充電制御に係る充電条件と、該診断対象二次電池を駆動用バッテリとする車両の予測走行経路を含む走行予測情報と、を取得する取得部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された各微分曲線の中から、前記取得部によって取得された前記充電条件に合致する前記微分曲線を特定し、特定した該微分曲線におけるピーク箇所を特定する特定部と、
前記走行予測情報に基づき、一定区間回生電流が得られる回生区間と該回生区間の始点における前記診断対象二次電池の残存容量とを推定し、前記回生区間の始点を充電開始位置に決定する決定部と、
前記決定部によって決定された前記充電開始位置における前記診断対象二次電池の残存容量が、前記特定部によって特定された前記ピーク箇所における二次電池の残存容量よりも小さくなるように、前記診断対象二次電池の残存容量を調整する調整部と、
前記調整部によって残存容量が調整された前記診断対象二次電池について、前記充電開始位置から充電制御を開始する充電制御部と、を備える二次電池の診断システム。 - 前記調整部は、前記車両において走行以外の機能によって電力が消費されるように前記診断対象二次電池の強制放電制御を行うことにより、前記診断対象二次電池の残存容量を調整する、請求項1記載の診断システム。
- 前記充電制御部は、前記回生区間において、要求される制動力が所定値を超えた場合に、超過分の制動力をモータ以外の制動装置が担うように前記充電制御を行うことにより、モータの回生電流を一定にする、請求項1又は2記載の診断システム。
