Description
Claims (17)
- 基板上に配置されて映像を表示する複数個のサブピクセル、
前記基板上に配置されて光を放出する一つまたは複数個の発光素子、および
前記基板上に配置されて前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子から出射した光が反射した反射光を受信する一つまたは複数個の受光素子を含み、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子または前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は前記複数個のサブピクセルの間に配置され、
前記複数個のサブピクセルの第1部分を含む第1表示領域、および
前記複数個のサブピクセルの第2部分を含む第2表示領域を含み、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子および前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は前記第2表示領域にのみ配置され、前記第1表示領域には配置されず、
前記第1表示領域内の前記複数個のサブピクセルの密度は、前記第2表示領域内の前記複数個のサブピクセルの密度と同一である、表示パネル。 - 基板上に配置されて映像を表示する複数個のサブピクセル、
前記基板上に配置されて光を放出する一つまたは複数個の発光素子、および
前記基板上に配置されて前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子から出射した光が反射した反射光を受信する一つまたは複数個の受光素子を含み、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子または前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は前記複数個のサブピクセルの間に配置され、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子の上部に配置される少なくとも一つの回折パターンを含む、表示パネル。 - 基板上に配置されて映像を表示する複数個のサブピクセル、
前記基板上に配置されて光を放出する一つまたは複数個の発光素子、および
前記基板上に配置されて前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子から出射した光が反射した反射光を受信する一つまたは複数個の受光素子を含み、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子または前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は前記複数個のサブピクセルの間に配置され、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子は前記基板の下部に配置され、
前記複数個のサブピクセルは少なくとも一つの回折パターンと前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子の間に配置される、表示パネル。 - 基板上に配置されて映像を表示する複数個のサブピクセル、
前記基板上に配置されて光を放出する一つまたは複数個の発光素子、および
前記基板上に配置されて前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子から出射した光が反射した反射光を受信する一つまたは複数個の受光素子を含み、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子または前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は前記複数個のサブピクセルの間に配置され、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子の上部に配置される少なくとも一つの第2レンズを含み、
前記少なくとも一つの第2レンズは、前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子の焦点を調節するために互いに反対方向にシフトされた少なくとも二つの第2レンズを含む、表示パネル。 - 基板上に配置されて映像を表示する複数個のサブピクセル、
前記基板上に配置されて光を放出する一つまたは複数個の発光素子、および
前記基板上に配置されて前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子から出射した光が反射した反射光を受信する一つまたは複数個の受光素子を含み、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子または前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は前記複数個のサブピクセルの間に配置され、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子は表示パネルの第1領域に配置され、
前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は前記パネルの前記第1領域から離隔した第2領域に配置される、表示パネル。 - 基板上に配置されて映像を表示する複数個のサブピクセル、
前記基板上に配置されて光を放出する一つまたは複数個の発光素子、および
前記基板上に配置されて前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子から出射した光が反射した反射光を受信する一つまたは複数個の受光素子を含み、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子または前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は前記複数個のサブピクセルの間に配置され、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子から放出された光は回折パターンを通過して0次ビームと1次ビームに分離され、
前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は前記1次ビームを受信する、表示パネル。 - 前記0次ビームと前記1次ビームの回折比は1:2~1:7である、請求項6に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子から放出される光は赤外線レーザー光である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は、前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子から放出される赤外線レーザー光に基づいて使用者の顔を認識するための3次元マップを生成するために前記反射光を受信する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子および前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は、前記複数個のサブピクセルの間に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子または前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は、前記複数個のサブピクセルと同一層に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子または前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は、前記複数個のサブピクセルと異なる層に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第2表示領域の前記複数個のサブピクセルの少なくとも一部は、前記第1表示領域の複数個のサブピクセルより大きさが小さい、請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子の上部に配置される少なくとも一つの第1レンズを含み、
前記少なくとも一つの第1レンズは前記少なくとも一つの回折パターンと前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子の間に配置される、請求項2に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子および前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は、格子の配列またはアレイの配列で配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子および前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は、交互に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の表示パネル。
- アノード電極およびカソード電極を含み、
前記複数のサブピクセルは前記アノード電極と前記カソード電極の間にそれぞれ連結され、
前記一つまたは複数個の発光素子および前記一つまたは複数個の受光素子は、前記カソード電極に形成された開口部の下部に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の表示パネル。
