Claims (7)
- ボルトとナットとを用いて、部品を締結する部品締結構造であって、
前記ボルトは、
前記ボルトの周面に設けられた第1らせん溝と、
前記ボルトの周面に設けられ、前記第1らせん溝よりも前記ボルトの先端側に設けられた第2らせん溝と、
前記ボルトの周面に軸方向に沿って形成されたスリットであって、前記ボルトの先端から前記第2らせん溝を通じて前記第1らせん溝まで延びるスリットと、
前記第2らせん溝の他端から先端側に延びた緩み防止溝と、
を備え、
前記ナットは、
内周面から中心軸側に突出して前記第1らせん溝に挿入される第1ピンを有する第1ナット部材と、
前記内周面から前記中心軸側に突出して前記第2らせん溝に挿入される第2ピンを有する第2ナット部材と、
前記第1ナット部材と前記第2ナット部材との間に配置され、前記第1ナット部材を前記ボルトの頭部に向けて付勢する付勢部材と、を備えた部品締結構造。 - 前記第1らせん溝が前記第2らせん溝よりも太く形成されており、
前記第1ピンが前記第2ピンよりも太くなっており、
前記第1ピンが前記第2らせん溝よりも太くなっている請求項1に記載の部品締結構造。 - 前記第1ナット部材は、
円筒部と、
前記円筒部から外周側に突出した皿部と、を備え、
前記第2ナット部材は、前記円筒部の外周側に配置されており、
前記円筒部には、軸方向と直交する方向に貫通する貫通穴を備え、
前記貫通穴が軸方向を長手方向とする長穴となっており、
前記第2ピンが、前記貫通穴を貫通している請求項1、又は2に記載の部品締結構造。 - 前記付勢部材が前記皿部と前記第2ナット部材との間に配置されている請求項3に記載の部品締結構造。
- 前記第1ナット部材には、複数の前記第1ピンが周方向に離間して設けられており、
前記第2ナット部材には、複数の前記第2ピンが周方向に離間して設けられており、
前記第1らせん溝が、前記第1ピンに対応して複数設けられており、
前記第2らせん溝が、前記第2ピンに対応して複数設けられており、
前記第1らせん溝、及び前記第2らせん溝の周方向角度が180°未満になっている請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の部品締結構造。 - 前記ナットには、2つの前記第1ピンと、2つの前記第2ピンとが設けられており、
前記2つの第2ピンが中心軸を挟んで対向配置されており、
前記2つの第1ピンが中心軸を挟んで対向配置されている請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の部品締結構造。 - ユーザに装着される装着具であって、
複数の第1貫通穴を有する第1部品と、
第2貫通穴を有する第2部品と、
請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の部品締結構造と、を備え、
前記ボルトが、前記第1貫通穴と前記第2貫通穴とを挿通している装着具。
