Claims (2)
- シート状の基材と、
前記基材の第1面に配置されたICチップと、
前記第1面に沿って前記ICチップの周囲に位置し、当該ICチップを前記基材に固定するための導電性接着材と、
前記ICチップを保護するために、前記ICチップ及び前記導電性接着材を覆うように前記基材の前記第1面に設けられている補強材と、
前記基材の前記第1面の裏側の第2面に形成されたアンテナパターンと、
前記ICチップの周囲における前記導電性接着材に向けて前記基材を貫通し、前記アンテナパターンと前記ICチップとを電気的に接続するためのスルーホールと
を備えることを特徴とするRFIDタグ。 - 前記アンテナパターンは、前記基材の前記第2面における前記ICチップの裏側を隔てて対向するように2つの端部が位置し、
前記スルーホールは、前記アンテナパターンの前記2つの端部のそれぞれと前記ICチップとを電気的に接続するように2つ設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のRFIDタグ。
