Description
図1は、実施の形態1にかかる電動機駆動装置2を備える空気調和機920の概略図である。空気調和機920は、冷凍サイクル装置900を有する。冷凍サイクル装置900は、冷媒を加圧する圧縮機904と、圧縮機904から送り出された冷媒を空気で熱交換する熱交換器906,910と、熱交換器906,910へ空気を送る送風機912,914と、冷媒を膨張させるための膨張弁908と、冷媒が流れる方向を切り替える四方弁902と、電動機駆動装置2とを有する。冷凍サイクル装置900は、四方弁902の切替えによって暖房運転と冷房運転とを切り替えることができる。

図16は、実施の形態2にかかる冷凍サイクル装置900による電動機7の結線状態の切り替えの際における動作手順を示すフローチャートである。実施の形態2にかかる冷凍サイクル装置900は、接続切替装置60を動作させる際に、送風機914の回転継続と併せて膨張弁908を開く点が、実施の形態1の冷凍サイクル装置900とは異なる。実施の形態2では、実施の形態1とは異なる動作について主に説明する。
図18は、実施の形態3にかかる冷凍サイクル装置900による電動機7の結線状態の切り替えの際における動作手順を示すフローチャートである。実施の形態3にかかる冷凍サイクル装置900は、接続切替装置60を動作させる際に送風機914の回転数を増加する点が、実施の形態1とは異なる。実施の形態3では、実施の形態1とは異なる動作について主に説明する。
図20は、実施の形態4にかかる冷凍サイクル装置900による電動機7の結線状態の切り替えの際における動作手順を示すフローチャートである。実施の形態4にかかる冷凍サイクル装置900は、接続切替装置60を動作させる際に、膨張弁908を開き、かつ送風機914の回転数を増加する点が、実施の形態1とは異なる。実施の形態4では、実施の形態1とは異なる動作について主に説明する。
Claims (11)
- 切替器を有し、圧縮機の駆動源である第1の電動機の回転動作中における前記切替器の切替え動作によって前記第1の電動機の巻線の接続状態を切り替える接続切替装置と、
前記切替器を介して前記巻線に交流電圧を印加するインバータと、
前記インバータと前記接続切替装置とを制御する第1の制御装置と、
前記第1の電動機の負荷に影響を及ぼす要素である送風機の駆動源である第2の電動機を制御する第2の制御装置と、
を備え、
前記接続状態の切り替え時における前記第1の制御装置による制御は、前記接続状態の切り替え時の前において前記巻線に流れた交流電流の実効値よりも、前記巻線に流れる交流電流の実効値をゼロに近づける第1の段階と、前記インバータによる前記交流電圧の出力を停止させる第2の段階とを含み、
前記第1の制御装置は、前記第2の段階にて前記切替器の前記切替え動作を行わせ、
前記第2の制御装置は、前記接続状態の切り替えの前に前記第2の電動機が前記送風機を力行回転により駆動している場合に、前記第1の段階および前記第2の段階の期間において、前記力行回転を継続させるか、または、前記第1の電動機の回転数が低下し始めてから前記第2の電動機に前記送風機の惰性回転を行わせる電動機駆動装置。 - 前記インバータに供給される電流を検出する電流検出手段をさらに備え、
前記第1の制御装置は、前記電流検出手段による検出結果に基づいて前記インバータを制御する請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記接続状態の切替えは、スター結線とデルタ結線との間での前記巻線の結線状態の切替えである請求項1または2に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記接続状態の切替えは、前記巻線の巻数の切替えである請求項1または2に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記切替器は、電磁接触器を有し、
前記電磁接触器は、励磁コイルと、前記励磁コイルに流れる電流により駆動される接点とを有し、
前記第1の制御装置は、前記励磁コイルに供給される電流の制御により前記接続切替装置を制御する請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記第1の段階において、前記接続状態の切り替え時の前において前記巻線に流れた交流電流の実効値よりも、前記巻線に流れる交流電流の実効値をゼロに近づける期間である電流制御期間は1秒以下である請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の電動機駆動装置を備える冷凍サイクル装置。
- 冷媒を膨張させるための膨張弁をさらに備え、
前記第1の段階および前記第2の段階の期間において前記膨張弁を開く請求項7に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 請求項7または8に記載の冷凍サイクル装置を備える空気調和機。
- 請求項7または8に記載の冷凍サイクル装置を備える給湯器。
- 請求項7または8に記載の冷凍サイクル装置を備える冷蔵庫。
