Claims (9)
- 光学センサ装置(6)を含む自動車用ガラス(1)を製造する方法において、以下のステップを以下の順序で含むことを特徴とする方法:
- 少なくとも1つのガラスシート(3、4)を提供するステップ、
- 自動車の外側からの視野をブロックするために、前記少なくとも1つのガラスシート(3、4)の少なくとも1つの面に黒色エナメル遮蔽マスク(2)を付与するステップであって、前記黒色エナメル遮蔽マスク(2)は、少なくとも1つの前記光学センサ装置(6)が固定されることを意図される領域に広がり、前記黒色エナメル遮蔽マスク(2)は、自動車の内部側に、少なくとも1つの開口(7、7’、7’’)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの開口(7、7’、7’’)は、それを通して、その上に固定されることを意図される前記光学センサ装置(6)から情報を取得することができるようにするためのものである、ステップ、
- 前記黒色エナメル遮蔽マスク(2)を乾燥させるか又は焼成するステップ、
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口(7、7’、7’’)の表面上に、少なくとも620℃の温度に耐える洗浄可能な黒色カバー層(25)を付与するステップ、
- 好ましくは曲げ又は焼き戻しプロセス中、前記ガラスシートを450℃より高い、好ましくは650℃より高い温度での熱処理に供するステップ、
- 前記洗浄可能な黒色カバー層(25)を洗浄することによって除去するステップ。 - 前記自動車用ガラス(1)は、少なくとも1つの外側ガラスシート(3)及び1つの内側ガラスシート(4)が熱可塑性中間層(5)と共に積層されることによって形成される積層ガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄可能な黒色カバー層(25)は、前記少なくとも1つの開口(7、7’、7’’)を覆い、且つ前記開口(7、7’、7’’)の周辺縁(21)から前記開口(7、7’、7’’)の周囲の前記黒色エナメル遮蔽マスク(2)に向かって部分的に広がることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄可能な黒色カバー層(25)は、少なくとも620℃の温度に耐える、フリットを含まない洗浄可能エナメル若しくはインク又は鉱物粒子の懸濁液であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄可能な黒色カバー層(25)は、スクリーン印刷又はスプレー法によって付与されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄可能な黒色カバー層(25)は、90℃~150℃の温度で前記黒色エナメル遮蔽マスク(2)を乾燥させるステップの後に付与されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄可能な黒色カバー層(25)は、550℃より高い温度で10秒間を超えて前記黒色エナメル遮蔽マスク(2)を焼成するステップの後に付与されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
