Description
Claims (13)
- 蒸気発生器(1)に接続することができる蒸気ライン(6)と、圧縮ガス源(2)に接続することができる圧縮ガスライン(4)と、蒸気/ガス混合物を生成して液体に移送するために、前記蒸気ライン(6)および前記圧縮ガスライン(4)に接続された搬送手段(3)と、制御可能な切替弁(5)と、を備え、高温蒸気が前記蒸気ライン(6)を介して前記搬送手段(3)に供給され、所定の一定圧力下の圧縮ガス流が前記圧縮ガスライン(4)を介して前記搬送手段(3)に供給され、前記圧縮ガスの圧力パルス(p)が前記切替弁(5)によって前記圧縮ガス流から生成される、液体、特に飲料を加熱し発泡させるための装置において、前記搬送手段(3)は、前記導入された圧力パルス(p)を減衰させる役割を果たす拡張チャンバ(15)と、前記拡張チャンバ(15)の下流端に配置されたノズル(14)とを備え、前記拡張チャンバ(15)の断面直径が、前記圧縮ガスライン(4)の断面直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記切替弁(5)が、前記搬送手段(3)内で前記拡張チャンバ(15)の上流に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 逆止弁(20)が、前記切替弁(5)と前記拡張チャンバ(15)との間で前記搬送手段(3)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送手段(3)が、前記拡張チャンバ(15)と同軸に配置され、前記蒸気ライン(6)と連通する環状チャネル(16)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記環状チャネル(16)が、上流端(16a)で前記蒸気ライン(6)と連通し、下流端(16b)で混合チャネル(17)と連通し、前記混合チャネル(17)にて、前記蒸気ライン(6)から供給される蒸気が、前記ノズル(14)を介して前記混合チャネル(17)内に供給される前記圧縮ガスの前記圧力パルス(p)と混合される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記混合チャネル(17)の前記下流端が、排出ライン(22)に接続されており、前記ノズル(14)が、前記混合チャネル(17)の上流端(17a)で前記混合チャネル(17)内に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張チャンバ(15)および前記ノズル(14)が、熱伝導性材料、特にステンレス鋼で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(14)の断面直径が、前記拡張チャンバ(15)の前記断面直径よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記切替弁(5)を周期的に開閉することによって生成された前記圧力パルス(p)が、前記拡張チャンバ(15)内で拡張し、前記拡張チャンバ(15)および前記ノズル(14)が、前記拡張チャンバ(15)に導入される前記圧縮ガスの前記圧力パルス(p)を減衰する減衰部材として作用することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル(14)を通って前記拡張チャンバ(15)から流出する前記蒸気/ガス混合物が、減衰した周期的に繰り返す圧力ピーク(p0)を有する経時的な圧力特性p(t)を有し、各圧力ピーク(p0)は、時間の経過とともに続く前記圧力ピークまで指数関数的に減少する圧力特性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記液体を保持するためのコンテナ(10)と、前記蒸気ライン(6)、前記圧縮ガスライン(4)、および前記コンテナ(10)と連通する混合デバイス(30)とを備え、蒸気と混合された前記圧縮ガスの前記パルスが前記搬送手段(3)によって前記混合デバイス(30)に供給され、前記蒸気と混合された前記圧縮ガスの前記パルスが前記液体と混合され、前記液体の高温発泡が行われる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 蒸気/圧縮ガス混合物のパルスを用いて液体、特に飲料を発泡させるための方法であって、前記蒸気/圧縮ガス混合物のパルスを生成するために、高温蒸気が蒸気ライン(6)を介して搬送手段(3)に供給され、所定の一定圧力下の圧縮ガス流が圧縮ガスライン(4)を介して前記搬送手段(3)に供給され、切替弁(5)によって前記圧縮ガス流から圧力パルス(p)が生成される、前記方法において、前記圧縮ガス流の前記圧力パルス(p)は、前記搬送手段(3)内にて、拡張チャンバ(15)と前記拡張チャンバ(15)の下流端に配置されたノズル(14)との相互作用によって減衰され、前記拡張チャンバ(15)の断面直径は、前記圧縮ガスライン(4)の断面直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記液体が混合容器(11)内に貯蔵され、前記蒸気/圧縮ガス混合物が浸漬管(22)を介して前記液体に導入される、請求項12に記載の方法。
