Description
Claims (14)
- 燃料電池スタックと、
燃料電池スタックで生産される電力を用いるヒーターと、
冷却水を冷却するラジエーターと、
前記冷却水を循環させるポンプと、
前記燃料電池スタック、前記ヒーター及び前記ラジエーターのうち少なくとも一つから前記ポンプに供給される前記冷却水の流量を調節して前記冷却水の温度を制御するバルブとを含み、
前記バルブは、五方向バルブを含み、
前記五方向バルブの各出入口の開度を制御する制御機をさらに含み、
前記制御機は、前記燃料電池スタックで発生する熱エネルギーが前記ラジエーターの放熱限界を超過する場合、イオンフィルターと連結される前記バルブの第5出入口の開度を制御して前記イオンフィルターに流入される冷却水の流量を減少させるか遮断する、燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。 - 前記バルブは、
前記ラジエーターと前記ポンプとの間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。 - 前記制御機は、前記バルブ内に搭載されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記制御機は、前記ラジエーターの出口端に連結される前記バルブの第1出入口の開度と、前記燃料電池スタックの出口端に連結される前記バルブの第2出入口の開度とを選択的に制御し、前記冷却水の温度を調節することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記制御機は、バッテリー完全充電の状態で回生制動によって発生する電気エネルギーを前記ヒーターに供給して消尽し、前記ヒーターと連結される前記バルブの第3出入口の開度を調節して前記ヒーターを通過する流量を調節することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記制御機は、冷間始動時に前記燃料電池スタックの出口端に連結される前記バルブの第2出入口の開度を制御し、前記ラジエーターの出口端に連結される前記バルブの第1出入口の開度を閉鎖して前記燃料電池スタック及び前記ヒーターに供給される前記冷却水の流量を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記ポンプの出口端と前記バルブとの間に位置し、前記冷却水のイオンを除去するイオンフィルターをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記ポンプの出口端と前記バルブとの間に配置され、前記冷却水の熱エネルギーで車両の室内温度を調節する暖房ヒーターをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記バルブは、前記燃料電池スタックと前記ラジエーターとの間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記バルブは、前記バルブの五方向出入口の開度を制御する制御機をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記制御機は、前記ポンプの入口端に連結される前記バルブの第1出入口の開度と、前記ラジエーターの入口端に連結される前記バルブの第2出入口の開度とを選択的に制御し、前記冷却水の温度を調節することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記制御機は、バッテリー完全充電の状態で回生制動によって発生する電気エネルギーを前記ヒーターに供給して消尽し、前記ヒーターと連結される前記バルブの第4出入口の開度を調節して前記ヒーターを通過する流量を調節することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記制御機は、冷間始動時に前記ラジエーターの入口端に連結される前記バルブの第2出入口の開度を閉鎖し、前記燃料電池スタックの出口端に連結される前記バルブの第3出入口の開度及び前記ヒーターの出口端に連結される前記バルブの第4出入口の開度を制御することで、前記燃料電池スタック及び前記ヒーターに供給される前記冷却水の流量を制御することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
- 前記制御機は、前記燃料電池スタックで発生する熱エネルギーが前記ラジエーターの放熱限界を超過する場合、イオンフィルターと連結される前記バルブの第5出入口の開度を制御して前記イオンフィルターに流入される冷却水の流量を減少させるか遮断することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の燃料電池車両の熱管理システム。
