前記隔壁部と前記収容部との接触面は、前記第1基板の上面に対して垂直な方向である基準軸に対して傾斜角度を有し、
前記隔壁部は、前記第2電極の下部面と前記収容部の上部面の間の領域で定義される第1隔壁部と、互いに隣接した複数の収容部の間の領域で定義される第2隔壁部及び第3隔壁部を含み、
前記第2隔壁部は、前記第1隔壁部と近く、前記第3隔壁部は、前記第1電極と近く、
前記第3隔壁部の厚さは、前記互いに隣接した複数の収容部の間の領域の隔壁部の厚さの1%~20%であり、
前記第1隔壁部及び前記第3隔壁部は、前記第2隔壁部よりも小さい表面抵抗を有し、
前記第2隔壁部は、前記第1隔壁部及び前記第3隔壁部よりも大きい体積抵抗を有する、光経路制御部材。 - 前記第1基板及び前記第2基板方向に光源から出射される光が透過され、
前記光は、前記第1基板から前記第2基板方向に移動する、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記第1~第3隔壁部のそれぞれの屈折率は前記収容部の屈折率と異なる、請求項1又は2に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記第1~第3隔壁部のそれぞれの屈折率は、1.36~1.64であり、
前記収容部の屈折率は、1.42~1.45であり、
前記第1~第3隔壁部のそれぞれは、前記屈折率の範囲内で前記収容部の屈折率よりも大きい、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記隔壁部から前記収容部方向に移動する第1光の入射角は、前記収容部から前記隔壁部方向に移動する第2光の入射角度とは異なる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記第2光の入射角は、前記第1光の入射角よりも大きい、請求項5に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記隔壁部の下部面の幅と前記収容部の下部面の幅とは、異なる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記収容部の最大幅は、前記収容部と前記隔壁部の幅の和に対して10%~40%であり、
前記隔壁部の最大幅は、前記収容部と前記隔壁部の幅の和に対して60%~90%である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記隔壁部は、0.01重量%~10重量%の帯電防止剤を含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記帯電防止剤は、前記隔壁部の表面に配置される、請求項9に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記傾斜角度は、1°~10°であり、
前記接触面は、前記光の移動方向に延びながら、前記隔壁部の幅が大きくなり、前記収容部の幅が狭くなるように傾斜する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 表示パネルと、
前記表示パネル上に配置される光経路制御部材と、を含み、
前記光経路制御部材は、
第1基板と、
前記第1基板の上部に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第2基板と、
前記第2基板の下部に配置される第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置される光変換部と、を含み、
前記光変換部は、交互に配置される隔壁部及び収容部を含み、
前記第1基板及び前記第2基板方向に光源から出射される光が透過され、
前記光は、前記第1基板から前記第2基板方向に移動し、
前記収容部は、電圧の印加によって光透過率が変化し、
前記収容部は、分散液及び前記分散液内に分散される光変換粒子を含み、
前記隔壁部と前記収容部との接触面は、前記第1基板の上面に対して垂直な方向である基準軸に対して傾斜角度を有し、
前記傾斜角度は、1°~10°であり、
前記接触面は、前記光の移動方向に延びながら、前記隔壁部の幅が大きくなり、前記収容部の幅が狭くなるように傾斜し、
前記隔壁部は、前記第2電極の下部面と前記収容部の上部面の間の領域で定義される第1隔壁部と、互いに隣接した複数の収容部の間の領域で定義される第2隔壁部及び第3隔壁部を含み、
前記第2隔壁部は、前記第1隔壁部と近く、前記第3隔壁部は、前記第1電極と近く、
前記第3隔壁部の厚さは、互いに隣接した複数の収容部の間の領域の隔壁部の厚さの1%~20%であり、
前記第1隔壁部及び前記第3隔壁部は、前記第2隔壁部よりも小さい表面抵抗を有し、
前記第2隔壁部は、前記第1隔壁部及び前記第3隔壁部よりも大きい体積抵抗を有し、
前記第1基板及び前記第2基板方向に光源から出射される光が透過し、
前記光は、前記第1基板から前記第2基板方向に移動する、ディスプレイ装置。
