Claims (8)
- 生体試料に関連する情報の解析に使用される解析装置であって、
前記生体試料を収容する収容部と、
前記収容部に収容されている前記生体試料を、試薬を滴下することで蛍光染色する染色部と、
前記染色部により蛍光染色された前記生体試料の画像を取得する画像取得部と、
前記染色部により蛍光染色された前記生体試料を、洗浄液による洗浄によって前記生体試料から前記試薬を溶出させて脱染する洗浄部と、
前記収容部、前記染色部、前記画像取得部、又は前記洗浄部の少なくとも1つを移動させる駆動部と、
前記画像取得部により取得された前記画像を解析し、かつ前記駆動部を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記染色部と前記収容部とが第1位置条件となるように調整し、
前記画像取得部と前記収容部とが第2位置条件となるように調整し、
前記洗浄部と前記収容部とが第3位置条件となるように調整する、
解析装置。 - 前記収容部が移動する、
請求項1に記載の解析装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1位置条件、前記第2位置条件、前記第3位置条件の順に前記駆動部を制御する、
請求項1又は2に記載の解析装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1位置条件、前記第3位置条件の順に前記駆動部を制御する、
請求項1又は2に記載の解析装置。 - 前記画像取得部は、明視野照明を用いて、前記生体試料のデジタル位相差画像を取得する、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の解析装置。 - 前記収容部は、XYステージ上に配置される、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の解析装置。 - 前記収容部は、XYZの3方向に移動可能にする駆動機構に配置される、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の解析装置。 - 前記洗浄部は、Z方向に移動可能にする駆動機構を備え、前記収容部の駆動機構に連結される、
