Claims (13)
- 電極及び分離膜が交互に積層された電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が収容される電池ケースと、を含み、
前記電池ケースは、
前記電池ケースの内部ガスが捕集される第1捕集空間が形成され、前記第1捕集空間に位置したガスが排出される第1排出部が備えられた第1ガスポケット部と、
前記第1ガスポケット部の前記第1排出部から排出されるガスが捕集される第2捕集空間が形成され、前記第2捕集空間に位置したガスが外部に排出される第2排出部が備えられた第2ガスポケット部と、を含み、
前記第1排出部は、前記第1捕集空間と前記第2捕集空間との間を貫通する第1貫通孔上に位置して、前記第1貫通孔の開閉を制御し、
前記第2排出部は、前記第2捕集空間と前記電池ケースの外部の間を貫通する第2貫通孔上に位置して、前記第2貫通孔の開閉を制御し、
前記第1排出部及び前記第2排出部は、第1切開部及び第2切開部が形成され、弾性材料で形成され、所定の圧力以上の際に前記第1切開部及び前記第2切開部が開き、前記第1貫通孔及び前記第2貫通孔を開放させる、二次電池。 - 前記電池ケースは、前記電極組立体が収容される収容部が形成された本体を含み、
前記第1ガスポケット部は、前記収容部と前記第1捕集空間とが連結されるように前記本体の側面に沿って延在し、
前記第2ガスポケット部は、前記第2捕集空間と前記第1捕集空間とが前記第1貫通孔間に連結されるように前記第1ガスポケット部の上部に備えられる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1切開部及び前記第2切開部は、2~4個の切開ラインで形成される、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1切開部及び前記第2切開部は、十字(「+」)状の切開ラインで形成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1排出部及び前記第2排出部は、前記第1切開部及び前記第2切開部上に位置する粘着液をさらに含み、前記第1切開部及び前記第2切開部を追加的に密封し、前記第1切開部及び前記第2切開部がガス圧力により開く際に前記第1切開部及び前記第2切開部を密封する粘着力が解除される、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1排出部及び前記第2排出部の開放圧力は、相互に差があるように備えられる、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1排出部及び前記第2排出部は、互いに弾性度が異なる材料で形成され、前記第1排出部及び前記第2排出部の開放圧力は、相互に差があるように備えられる、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1排出部の開放圧力は、前記第2排出部の開放圧力よりも大きく備えられる、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2ガスポケット部の内部に備えられて前記第2捕集空間でのガス発生有無又はガス成分を測定するガスセンサーをさらに含む、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ガスセンサーは、二酸化炭素(CO2)の発生を感知する、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ガスセンサーは、ガス発生の際に通知信号、通知音、又は通知光のうちの少なくともいずれか一つ以上を発生させる、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1ガスポケット部又は前記第2ガスポケット部のうちの少なくともいずれか一つ以上の内部に備えられて空気圧を測定する空気圧センサーをさらに含む、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池を含む電池パック。
