Claims (9)
- バッテリーパックの組立の際、段階別に必要なボルト及びナットを種類別に所要数量だけ自動で供給するシステムであって、
前記ボルト及び前記ナットを種類別にそれぞれ保管及び供給する複数のフィーダー(100)と、
前記フィーダー(100)から供給された前記ボルト及び前記ナットを運ぶ運搬ユニット(200)と、
前記運搬ユニット(200)から運搬された前記ボルト及び前記ナットを収納する収納ボックス(300)と、
前記収納ボックス(300)を移送する収納ボックス移送ユニット(400)と、を含み、
前記運搬ユニット(200)は、前記フィーダー(100)から供給された前記ボルト及び前記ナットを収納して前記収納ボックス(300)に運ぶ複数の運搬部(220)であって、上下部の開放した形態の複数の運搬部(220)、前記運搬部(220)を位置移動させる駆動部(210)、及び前記運搬部(220)の下部に位置する開閉可能なドア部(230)を含む、
ボルト及びナット自動供給システム(10)。 - 前記フィーダー(100)は、前記ボルト及び前記ナットを保管して整列してから排出する整列部(110)、前記整列部(110)を振動させる振動部(120)、前記ボルト及び前記ナットを前記運搬ユニットに供給する供給部(130)、及び内部に前記整列部及び前記振動部が位置するケース(140)を含む、請求項1に記載のボルト及びナット自動供給システム(10)。
- 前記振動部(120)は電磁コイル及びリーフスプリングを備え、前記整列部(110)は前記ボルト及び前記ナットを排出するように振動を発生させる、請求項2に記載のボルト及びナット自動供給システム(10)。
- 前記フィーダー(100)はボールフィーダーである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のボルト及びナット自動供給システム(10)。
- 前記収納ボックス(300)は複数の収納溝(310)を備え、前記ボルト及び前記ナットをバッテリーパック組立の段階別に所要数量だけそれぞれの収納溝(310)に収納する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のボルト及びナット自動供給システム(10)。
- 複数の前記収納溝(310)はそれぞれ、前記組立の各段階と一対一で対応して区分されるように、異なる色で塗布された、請求項5に記載のボルト及びナット自動供給システム(10)。
- 複数の前記収納溝(310)はそれぞれ、前記組立の各段階と一対一で対応して区分されるように、一連番号が記入された、請求項5に記載のボルト及びナット自動供給システム(10)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のボルト及びナット自動供給システム(10)を用いて、バッテリーパックの組立の際、段階別に必要なボルト及びナットを種類別に所要数量だけ自動で供給する方法であって、
(a)前記複数のフィーダー(100)のそれぞれに前記ボルト及び前記ナットを種類別に供給する段階と、
(b)段階別に必要な数量の分だけ前記ボルト及び前記ナットを前記フィーダー(100)から前記運搬ユニット(200)に供給する段階と、
(c)前記運搬ユニット(200)から前記収納ボックス(300)の収納溝(310)に前記ボルト及び前記ナットを運ぶ段階と、
(d)前記ボルト及び前記ナットを収納した前記収納ボックス(300)を作業台から移動用台車(600)に移送させる段階と、を含む、ボルト及びナット自動供給方法。 - 前記(d)段階の後、前記収納ボックス(300)が着座した前記移動用台車(600)をバッテリーパック組立工程に移動させる段階をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のボルト及びナット自動供給方法。
