Claims (15)
- 複数の電池セルを含むセル積層体;および
前記セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームを含み、
前記モジュールフレームの底部は、熱伝導性樹脂層がそれぞれ形成された第1領域、第2領域および第3領域を含み、
前記第1領域の熱伝導性樹脂層および前記第2領域の熱伝導性樹脂層は前記第3領域の熱伝導性樹脂層より厚く、
前記第1領域、前記第2領域および前記第3領域は前記複数の電池セルの積層方向に垂直な方向に配置されており、
前記第1領域および前記第2領域は、前記モジュールフレームの前記底部において互いに離隔された両端部に位置し、
前記第3領域は、互いに離隔された前記第1領域と前記第2領域の間に位置し、
前記複数の電池セルの積層方向は、前記モジュールフレームの前記底部と平行であり、前記複数の電池セルそれぞれが前記熱伝導性樹脂層と接触する、電池モジュール。 - 前記第3領域の熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記第1領域の熱伝導性樹脂層と隣接した第1熱伝導性樹脂層および前記第2領域の熱伝導性樹脂層と隣接した第2熱伝導性樹脂層を含み、
前記第3領域は、前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層と前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層の間に位置した熱伝導性樹脂未塗布部を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記熱伝導性樹脂未塗布部を覆う絶縁フィルムをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層および前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層のうちの少なくとも一方と前記底部の間に位置した絶縁フィルムをさらに含む、請求項2または3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層および前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層の間に位置した絶縁フィルムをさらに含む、請求項2または3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームの前面と後面がそれぞれ開放され、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域は、前記前面および前記後面とそれぞれ隣接した前記底部の両端部に位置する、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の電池セルの電極リードは、前記前面および前記後面に向かって突出している、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第3領域の熱伝導性樹脂層と前記底部の間に位置する絶縁フィルムをさらに含む、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、上部が開放されたU字型であり、
前記モジュールフレームの前記上部で前記セル積層体を覆う上部プレートをさらに含む、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームは、前記底部の対向する両側面から上方に延びた2つの側面部をさらに含み、
前記2つの側面部の間の距離は前記上部プレートの幅と同一である、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~10の何れか一項による電池モジュールを一つ以上含む電池パック。
- 上部が開放されたモジュールフレームの底部に熱伝導性樹脂を塗布して熱伝導性樹脂塗布層を形成する段階;
複数の電池セルを含むセル積層体が、上部が開放された前記モジュールフレームの底部に向かって垂直に移動する段階;
前記セル積層体が前記熱伝導性樹脂塗布層を圧縮しながら熱伝導性樹脂層を形成する段階;および
前記開放されたモジュールフレームの上部で前記セル積層体を覆うように上部プレートを装着する段階を含み、
前記モジュールフレームの底部は第1領域、第2領域および第3領域を含み、
前記熱伝導性樹脂塗布層を形成する段階で前記熱伝導性樹脂が前記第1領域および前記第2領域にそれぞれ塗布され、
前記熱伝導性樹脂層を形成する段階で前記第1領域および前記第2領域に塗布された前記熱伝導性樹脂が前記第3領域に移動し、
前記第1領域の熱伝導性樹脂層および前記第2領域の熱伝導性樹脂層は前記第3領域の熱伝導性樹脂層より厚く、
前記第1領域、前記第2領域および前記第3領域は前記複数の電池セルの積層方向に垂直な方向に配置されており、
前記第1領域および前記第2領域は、前記モジュールフレームの前記底部において互いに離隔された両端部に位置し、
前記第3領域は、互いに離隔された前記第1領域と前記第2領域の間に位置し、
前記複数の電池セルの積層方向は、前記モジュールフレームの前記底部と平行であり、前記複数の電池セルそれぞれが前記熱伝導性樹脂層と接触する、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記モジュールフレームの前面と後面がそれぞれ開放され、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域は、前記前面および前記後面とそれぞれ隣接した前記底部の両端部に位置する、請求項12に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記複数の電池セルの電極リードは、前記前面および前記後面に向かって突出している、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記第3領域上に絶縁フィルムを配置する段階をさらに含む、請求項12~14の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
