Claims (12)
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーと、
前記バッテリーの一方の極と第1出力端との間に連結されている第1メインリレーと、
前記第1メインリレーに対して並列に連結されているプリチャジリレーと、
前記バッテリーの他方の極と第2出力端との間に連結されている第2メインリレーと、
前記バッテリーの充放電を制御し、前記第1メインリレー、前記プリチャジリレー、および前記第2メインリレーを制御するバッテリー管理システムと、を含み、
前記第1メインリレー、前記プリチャジリレー、前記第2メインリレー、および前記バッテリー管理システムは、外部の鉛蓄電池から電源電圧の供給を受け、
前記バッテリー管理システムは、前記電源電圧が所定の基準電圧以下である時、前記第1メインリレー、前記プリチャジリレー、前記第2メインリレーを開放し、前記電源電圧が前記基準電圧より高い時、前記プリチャジリレーおよび前記第2メインリレーを閉じてプリチャジを行い、前記プリチャジが完了した後に前記第1メインリレーを閉じる、バッテリーシステム。 - 前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記電源電圧が前記基準電圧以下である時、前記第1メインリレー、前記プリチャジリレー、および前記第2メインリレーを開放した後、
前記プリチャジリレーおよび前記第2メインリレーを閉じる制御電圧を供給し、前記電源電圧が前記基準電圧より高いと、前記プリチャジリレーおよび前記第2メインリレーを閉じる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記プリチャジが完了した後、前記第1メインリレーを閉じた後に、前記プリチャジリレーを開放する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記電源電圧が前記基準電圧以下であるか否かを感知するための比較器と、
前記比較器の出力である比較信号が入力されるセット端、リセット信号が入力されるリセット端、および前記比較信号および前記リセット信号により決定された感知信号を出力する出力端を備えるSRラッチと、をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記感知信号が前記比較信号により論理1に対応するレベルに変更する時、前記電源電圧が前記基準電圧以下であることを感知する、請求項4に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記プリチャジが完了した後、前記リセット信号を論理1に対応するレベルに変更する、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記バッテリー管理システムは、
前記論理1に対応するレベルのリセット信号により前記感知信号が論理0に対応するレベルに変更したことを確認した後、前記リセット信号を論理0に対応するレベルに変更する、請求項5または6に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - 前記基準電圧は、
前記電源電圧が前記バッテリー管理システムを駆動させることができるレベルであり、前記第1メインリレー、前記第2メインリレー、および前記プリチャジリレーを動作させるには低いレベルであることを感知するためのレベルに設定される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーシステム。 - バッテリー、前記バッテリーに対する電流経路を提供する第1メインリレー、第2メインリレー、プリチャジリレー、およびSRラッチを含むバッテリーシステムに適用された融接合防止方法において、
前記SRラッチの出力である感知信号を利用して電源電圧が所定の基準電圧以下であるか否か判断する段階と、
前記判断の結果、前記電源電圧が前記基準電圧以下である時、前記第1メインリレー、前記第2メインリレー、および前記プリチャジリレーを開放する段階と、
前記開放する段階以降、前記電源電圧が前記基準電圧より高い時、前記プリチャジリレーおよび前記第2メインリレーを閉じてプリチャジを行う段階と、
前記プリチャジが完了した後、前記第1メインリレーを閉じる段階と、
前記第1メインリレーを閉じた後、前記プリチャジリレーを開放する段階と、を含み、
前記電源電圧は、前記第1メインリレー、前記第2メインリレー、および前記プリチャジリレーに供給される電圧であり、
前記プリチャジリレーは、前記第1メインリレーに対して並列に連結されている、融接合防止方法。 - 前記プリチャジリレーを開放した後、前記感知信号をリセットさせるために前記SRラッチのリセット端に論理1に対応するレベルのリセット信号を供給する段階をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の融接合防止方法。
