Description
Claims (15)
- 圧縮気体用のバルブ(2)であって、
長手方向に延在する本体(4)であって、前記本体の下端における気体導入口(15)と、気体排出口(6)と、前記気体導入口および前記気体排出口を流体連結する気体流路(12)と、を有する本体(4)と、
前記本体(4)内に収容され、前記気体流路(12)の開閉を選択に行うよう構成された遮断装置(16)と、
前記本体の上端において、前記本体(4)に枢着され、前記遮断装置(16)を作動させるよう構成されたレバー(8)と、
前記レバーに枢着され、前記本体(4)上の対部材と係合し、それにより、前記本体とともに、折りたたみ位置で前記レバーを保持するフック(10)と、
を備え、
前記本体(4)の上端は、上部孔を画定する円筒壁(4.3)を有し、前記対部材は、前記円筒壁(4.3)の上縁部(4.3.1)である、ことを特徴とする、バルブ(2)。 - 前記バルブは、
前記レバー(8)の動作運動を、前記遮断装置(16)に伝えるよう構成された、長手方向に移動可能な部材(30)と、及び、
前記上部孔内に収容された案内要素(34)と、を備え、
長手方向に延在する移動可能な前記部材(30)の上部(30.4,30.5)が、前記案内要素(34)を通って延在し、前記レバー(8)に接触する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルブ(2)。 - 前記案内要素(34)は、前記上部孔内の内ねじと係合することで、前記上部孔に係止される、ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバルブ(2)。
- 前記案内要素(34)は、前記上部孔内で、前記円筒壁(4.3)の上縁部に対して、少なくとも0.5mmおよび/または3mm以下だけ、沈んだ外部円形領域(34.2)を有する上面の体をなす、ことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバルブ(2)。
- 前記遮断装置(16)は、
前記気体流路(12)を囲む主シート部(22)と、
前記主シート部(22)の上流に設けられた主密栓要素(18)と、
前記本体(4)上に載置され、前記主密栓要素(18)を前記主シート部(22)に向かって付勢する第1弾性要素(20)と、
前記主密栓要素(18)内に収容されるパイロット密栓要素(24)と、
前記主密栓要素(18)上に載置され、前記パイロット密栓要素(24)をパイロットシート(28)に対して付勢する第2弾性要素(26)と、
を備え、
長手方向に移動可能な前記部材(30)は、前記レバー(8)の動作時、前記パイロットシート(28)から遠ざけるよう、前記パイロット密栓要素(24)を押すように構成されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ(2)。 - 前記レバー(8)の動作時、まず、前記パイロット密栓要素(24)が断面積の小さい前記気体流路を解放し、続いて、前記主シート部(22)の下流において、対向圧力が形成されると、前記主密栓要素(18)が、前記主シート部(22)から遠ざかるよう、前記遮断装置(16)が構成されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバルブ(2)。
- 長手方向に移動可能な前記部材(30)は、
主部(30.1)と、
前記遮断装置(16)と協働する下部ピン(30.3)と、
前記レバー(8)と協働する上幹部(30.5)と、
を備える、ことを特徴とする、請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ(2)。 - 長手方向に移動可能な前記部材(30)の前記主部(30.1)は、残圧弁や減圧器といった補助的な役割を果たす横ピストン(32)と交差する、細長い開口部(30.2)を有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバルブ(2)。
- 前記本体(4)はさらに、前記円筒壁(4.3)から正反対に延在する二つのブラケット(4.5)を備え、
前記ブラケットは、前記レバー(8)を枢支する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ(2)。 - 二つの前記ブラケット(4.5)のそれぞれは、上に行くほど幅が小さくなり、前記円筒壁(4.3)に合わせて円形断面を有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバルブ(2)。
- 前記レバーが前記折りたたみ位置にある時、前記フック(10)は、前記レバー(8)の上半分の位置に枢着される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ(2)。
- 前記レバーが前記折りたたみ位置にある時、前記レバーは、上側水平部(8.1)および下側垂直部(8.2)を有するL字形を形成し、
前記下側垂直部(8.2)は、上側副部(8.2.1)と、下側副部(8.2.2)と、S字形中間副部(8.2.3)とを備え
前記下側副部(8.2.2)は、前記上側副部(8.2.1)よりも、前記本体から離れている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ(2)。 - 前記フック(10)は、前記レバー(8)の前記下側垂直部(8.2)の前記上側副部(8.2.1)に枢着され、前記上側副部(8.2.1)側に、押圧領域(10.3)を有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバルブ(2)。
- 前記本体(4)の前記対部材と係合する位置に前記フックを付勢する弾発部材が、前記フック(10)および前記レバー(8)間に設けられ、
前記フックおよび前記レバーが、互いに対向する面(8.2.1.1)を有することで、係合位置からの前記フック(10)の回動運動が制限され、これにより、前記レバーが回動して前記折りたたみ位置に戻り、前記フックが解放されると、前記フックは、自動的に、前記本体(4)の前記対部材に係合する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ(2)。 - 前記フック(10)は、
前記本体(4)の前記対部材と係合する前方リブ(10.1)と、
後方押圧部(10.2)と、
前記後方押圧部(10.2)を前記前方リブ(10.1)に接続させ、前記レバー(8)に枢着された二つの側壁(10.3)と、
を備える、ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ(2)。
