本開示の実施形態は、概して、マグネットワイヤに関し、より具体的には、有機金属フィラーを含むポリマーエナメルから形成された絶縁体を含むマグネットワイヤに関する。
以下の実施例は、例示的かつ非限定的なものとして意図されており、本発明の特定の実施形態を表す。別段明記されていない限り、実施例で説明されているワイヤサンプルはすべて、「重い」エナメルの長方形のワイヤとして準備された。言い換えると、ワイヤーエナメルは、マルチパスコーティングとワイピングダイとを使用して、長方形の銅線に適用された。実施例の「重い」エナメルビルドは、約9.6ミル(0.245mm)の公称絶縁ビルドを有し、27層のエナメルをワイヤに適用することによって形成される。加えて、有機金属フィラーを、形成されたポリマーエナメル絶縁体の約4重量%で、実施例のポリイミドに添加した。
