Claims (12)
- 患者の血管への経皮挿入のための血管内血液ポンプ(1)であって、カテーテル(100)と、前記カテーテル(100)に取り付けられたポンプ装置(2)とを含み、前記ポンプ装置(2)は、血液流入口(3)と、血液流出口(4)と、血液を前記血液流入口(3)から前記血液流出口(4)まで流れさせるための回転子(8)とを有し、前記血液ポンプは、
前記ポンプ装置(2)の前記血液流入口(3)と前記血液流出口(4)の間に配置され、つぶれた形態と膨らんだ形態とをとるように構成され、前記患者の血管の近位領域を前記血管の遠位領域から分離するように、前記血管に挿入されると前記膨らんだ形態で前記血管の内壁に接触し、前記内壁に接して封止するように構成された、リングシール(10)と、を含み、
前記リングシール(10)は、所定の圧力差まで前記血管の前記近位領域と前記血管の前記遠位領域との圧力差に耐えるように構成され、前記血管の前記近位領域と前記遠位領域との前記圧力差が前記所定の圧力差に達するとつぶれるように構成されていることを特徴とする血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記リングシール(10)は、前記圧力差が前記所定の圧力差より下がると再び膨らむように構成された、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記所定の圧力差は、7mmHgから30mmHgの間である、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項3に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記所定の圧力差は、20mmHgである、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記リングシール(10)は可撓膜(11)を含む、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項5に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記リングシール(10)は、バルーンへの流体の供給と前記バルーンからの流体の除去とを可能にする膨張口を有する前記バルーンを形成する、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項6に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記膨張口は、前記バルーンに流体を供給することによって前記バルーンを膨らませ、前記バルーンから流体を除去することによって前記バルーンをしぼませることができるようにするために、流体線路(14)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記膨らんだ形態の前記リングシール(10)の外径は、約1cmから約2.5cmである、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記リングシール(10)は、前記リングシール(10)の外周から延びる可撓遮蔽体(16)を含み、前記可撓遮蔽体(16)は、前記カテーテル(100)が前記血管に挿入され、前記リングシール(10)が前記膨らんだ形態であるときに、前記血管内壁に接触するように構成された、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項9に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記遮蔽体(16)は、前記リングシールに取り付けられた近位端と、前記血管内壁に接触するように構成された自由遠位端とを有する、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項9または10に記載の血液ポンプであって、前記遮蔽体(16)は、前記遮蔽体(16)を硬くするために流体を受けることによって膨張させられ、前記遮蔽体(16)を柔らかくするために前記流体を除去することによってしぼまされるように構成された少なくとも1つの流体受け溝を有する補強構造(17)を含む、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、肺動脈に挿入されるように構成された、ことを特徴とする血液ポンプ。
