Description
- その壁部が柔軟で膨張可能な材料で作られているバルーン本体であって、近位膨張端部と空洞の後部に遠位位置決め端部を有する、通常、細長形状を有するバルーン本体と、
- 近位端部に形成された膨張開口部であって、これを介して、圧力下でバルーン本体を膨張させるためにバルーン本体に流体を導入させる膨張開口部とを備えた医療用バルーンに関する。

バルーン本体の壁部は、局所的に、壁部の残部より硬いソールと呼ばれる細長部を有し、このソールは近位端部から遠位端部へと延在している。
Claims (7)
- 人体又は動物体空洞に収縮させて挿入し、その後、前記空洞に対して圧力を加えるために、前記空洞内で一旦膨張させるための医療用インフレータブルバルーンであって、
壁部が柔軟で膨張可能な材料で作られ、通常は、近位膨張端部と前記空洞の後部に遠位位置決め端部とを有する細長形状を有しているバルーン本体であって、前記壁部はソールと呼ばれる細長部をさらに局所的に有し、このソールは前記壁部の残部より硬く、かつ、このソールは前記近位膨張端部から前記遠位位置決め端部へと延在している、バルーン本体と、
前記近位膨張端部に形成された膨張開口部であって、該膨張開口部を介して、圧力下で前記バルーン本体を膨張させるために前記バルーン本体に流体を導入させる膨張開口部と、
前記近位膨張端部内にさらに形成された内視鏡開口部であって、この内視鏡開口部は、前記バルーン本体に内視鏡を導入するために設計されている、内視鏡開口部とを備え、
前記内視鏡開口部は、前記バルーン本体の前記壁部には固定されない閉塞された遠位端部を有する細長ソックスの内部において、前記バルーン本体の内部に通じる、ことを特徴とする医療用インフレータブルバルーン。 - 前記ソールは、前記バルーン本体の前記壁部に接触する追加部材である、請求項1に記載の医療用インフレータブルバルーン。
- 前記ソールは前記バルーン本体の前記壁部の残部と同じ材料で作られているが、この壁部の残部よりかなり厚い、請求項1に記載の医療用インフレータブルバルーン。
- 前記ソールを延長する前記遠位位置決め端部に補強材をさらに備え、この補強材も前記バルーン本体の前記壁部の残部より硬く、かつ、前記ソールとの協働により、前記バルーンの膨張中、該バルーンの延伸を防ぐ形状となっている、請求項1乃至3の何れか一つに記載の医療用インフレータブルバルーン。
- 前記内視鏡開口部は、流体の流出を防ぎながら、内視鏡を挿入するためのバルブを備える、請求項1乃至4の何れか一つに記載の医療用インフレータブルバルーン。
- 前記バルーン本体は、膨張した時に、人体又は動物体の鼻腔の内部形状に適合するように予め形成されており、耳鼻咽喉科で用いられる、請求項1乃至5の何れか一つに記載の医療用インフレータブルバルーン。
- 前記膨張開口部のエンドピースの延長部に沿って外側に延在する取り外し可能な挿入棒と、前記ソールに沿って又は前記ソール内部に延在する取り外し可能な設置ワイヤとをさらに備える、請求項1乃至6の何れか一つに記載の医療用インフレータブルバルーン。
