Description
図2に示すような複数の太陽電池を製造し、各太陽電池に絶縁部材及び接続部材を形成し、300℃の温度で予備ソルダリング工程を実行して第1及び第2延長部材を付着した。接続部分を備えるように隣接した2つの太陽電池の第1及び第2延長配線を接続して太陽電池ストリングを形成し、450℃の温度でソルダリング工程を実行して太陽電池ストリングにバスバー配線を付着した。第1カバー部材、第1密封材、バスバー配線が付着された太陽電池ストリング、第2密封材及び第2カバー部材を順に積層し、180℃の温度で圧力を加えるラミネーション工程を実行して太陽電池パネルの製造を完了する。
第1及び第2延長配線の接続部分が一太陽電池に重なる重畳部分を備えずに隣接した太陽電池の間に離隔領域にのみ位置して接続部分が離隔距離より小さい長さを有するという点を除いては実施例1と同一方法で太陽電池パネルを製造した。

- 互いに電気的に接続される第1及び第2太陽電池を含む複数の太陽電池;及び
前記複数の太陽電池を電気的に接続する配線部
を含み、
前記配線部は、前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれに対応するように、前記太陽電池の第1側を通過して外側に延長された第1外側部分を備える第1延長配線と、前記太陽電池の前記第1側と反対側の第2側を通過して外側に延長された第2外側部分を備える第2延長配線を含み、
前記第1太陽電池の前記第2延長配線と前記第2太陽電池の前記第1延長配線が重畳して接続される接続部分を含み、
前記接続部分が前記第1太陽電池の一部に重畳して形成される重畳部分を備え、
前記第1外側部分は、前記複数の太陽電池間の領域において、前記第2外側部分の厚みに対応する屈曲部を有し、前記第2外側部分は前記領域において屈曲部を有しない、太陽電池パネル。 - 前記第1太陽電池の前記第2延長配線と前記第2太陽電池の前記第1延長配線が互いに平行に延長されて直接接続される請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記第1太陽電池の前記第2延長配線は前記第2太陽電池と離隔して位置する請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記接続部分において前記第1太陽電池の前記第2延長配線の上に前記第2太陽電池の前記第1延長配線が位置する請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル。

- 前記接続部分が前記第1太陽電池と前記第2太陽電池の間のセル間領域に位置するセル間部分を備え、

前記第1延長配線または前記第2延長配線が前記バスバー配線と異なる物質、異なる溶融点、または異なる降伏強度を有する請求項1に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記第1延長配線又は前記第2延長配線の溶融点が前記バスバー配線の溶融点より高いか;又は
