Claims (10)
- 車両用の外部視覚ユニットのための調整装置であって、
足部、および、長手軸に沿って前記足部から延在する旋回シャフトを有する基部と、
前記旋回シャフトの周囲を取り囲むように設けられるハウジングであって、前記旋回シャフトの長手軸を中心として、少なくとも駐車位置と作動位置との間である調整範囲内で、旋回可能であるハウジングと、
前記旋回シャフトと相対的に前記調整範囲内で前記ハウジングを調整するべく前記基部と前記ハウジングとの間で動作可能なアクチュエータと、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータは、低圧DCモータが設けられているアクチュエータであって、前記低圧DCモータは、2段階減速機構を介して出力歯車に結合されており、前記減速機構は、前記DCモータのモータシャフト上に担持されているウォームを有する第1段を備え、前記ウォームは、直角トランスミッションにおいて、中間歯車の円周と協働し、前記中間歯車は中間シャフト上に担持されており、前記中間シャフトは軸に沿ってらせんピニオンを担持し、前記減速機構はさらに、前記らせんピニオンを有する第2段を備え、前記らせんピニオンは、平行トランスミッションにおいて、前記出力歯車の円周と協働し、前記出力歯車はらせん歯車として実現され、前記らせんピニオンはさらに、支持部と円周において協働する、調整装置。 - 前記らせんピニオンは、歯の角度が15度より大きいベベル歯部を有する、請求項1に記載の調整装置。
- 前記歯の角度は15度と35度との間にある、請求項2に記載の調整装置。
- 前記らせんピニオンが有する歯は、1つまたは2つのみである、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の調整装置。
- 前記らせんピニオンの軸方向の長さは、前記らせんピニオンの歯が前記らせんピニオンの円周にわたって少なくとも半回転を発生させるように、選択される、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の調整装置。
- 前記中間シャフトには、前記らせんピニオンの端部近傍で、ベアリングが設けられている、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の調整装置。
- 前記支持部は、支持用らせんピニオンまたは支持面である、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の調整装置。
- 前記支持部は、前記らせんピニオンのうち前記らせん歯車と係合している側とは反対側に配置されている、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の調整装置。
- 前記らせん歯車は、スピンドルと協働する内歯が設けられている、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の調整装置。
- 前記モータおよび前記アクチュエータの前記第1段は前記ハウジングが担持し、前記らせん歯車は前記旋回シャフトが担持する、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の調整装置。
