Claims (7)
- 銅化合物の表面に水酸化アルミニウムが島(island)状に結合し、
前記水酸化アルミニウムは、ガンマ相(γ-phase)の第1ベーマイト;及び水酸化アルミニウムが脱水化反応を経て得られる第2ベーマイト;を含む高結晶性ベーマイト複合粒子であり、
前記第1ベーマイトと第2ベーマイトとは水素結合で結合し、
水酸化アルミニウム組成物と銅化合物が1:0.7~1.2の重量比で混合されることを特徴とする、即時殺菌性能を有する抗菌複合素材。 - 水酸化アルミニウム組成物と銅化合物とを混合して原料混合物を製造する混合段階と、
前記原料混合物を噴霧乾燥させて抗菌複合素材を形成する噴霧乾燥段階と、
前記抗菌複合素材を冷却する冷却段階と、を含み、
前記抗菌複合素材は、銅化合物の表面に水酸化アルミニウムが島状に結合し、
前記水酸化アルミニウムは、ガンマ相(γ-phase)の第1ベーマイト;及び水酸化アルミニウムが脱水化反応を経て得られる第2ベーマイト;を含む高結晶性ベーマイト複合粒子であり、
前記第1ベーマイトと第2ベーマイトとは水素結合で結合し、
水酸化アルミニウム組成物と銅化合物が1:0.7~1.2の重量比で混合されることを特徴とする、即時殺菌性能を有する抗菌複合素材の製造方法。 - 前記水酸化アルミニウム組成物は、超純水に水酸化アルミニウムが5~15重量%の濃度範囲で混合された後、ミリング過程を経て得られたものである、請求項2に記載の即時殺菌性能を有する抗菌複合素材の製造方法。
- 前記銅化合物の粒子の平均粒度は6~20μmであり、
前記水酸化アルミニウムの平均粒度は10~500nmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の即時殺菌性能を有する抗菌複合素材の製造方法。 - 前記噴霧乾燥段階は、原料混合物を180~220℃の温度範囲で噴霧乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の即時殺菌性能を有する抗菌複合素材の製造方法。
