Description
図1は、本実施形態の減速機10の縦断面図である。
本実施形態の減速機10は、例えば、産業用ロボットの関節可動部等にモーター等の回転駆動源とともに用いられる。減速機10の入力側には図示しない回転駆動源が接続されている。
主ケース11Aは、内周側に複数のピン溝30を有する略円筒状の内歯部35と、内歯部35を外側から支持するケース本体部36と、を備えている。ケース本体部36は、内歯部35の径方向外側領域と軸方向の両側の側部を覆うように筒状に形成されている。ケース本体部36は、例えば、アルミニウム合金等の比強度の高い軽金属によって構成されている。これに対し、内歯部35は、表面の滑り性に優れたエンジニリングプラスチック等の硬質樹脂によって構成されている。
内歯部35は、ケース本体部36よりも滑り性に優れた素材によって構成され、ケース本体部36は、内歯部35よりも硬度の高い素材によって構成されている。また、ケース本体部36は、内歯部35を構成する素材よりも融点の高い素材によって構成されている。
比強度の高い軽金属から成るケース本体部36を先に鋳造等によって形成しておく。
次に、ケース本体部36を成形型内にセットし、その成形型内に内歯部35を造形するための硬質樹脂を射出する。このとき、内歯部35のピン溝30は、成形型の内面によって造形され、射出された硬質樹脂は、ケース本体部36の環状溝40内に隙間なく充填される。この後、硬質樹脂の硬化を待って成形型内から製品を取り出す。取り出された製品は、ケース本体部36に内歯部35が一体化され、内歯部35のピン溝30は滑らかな射出成形面となる。
なお、内歯部35を構成する樹脂は繊維強化樹脂であっても良い。
例えば、上記の実施形態では、減速機ケース11が主ケース11Aと端部ブロック11Bの二部品から構成されているが、減速機ケースは一部品や三部品以上の部品によって構成するようにしても良い。また、内歯部35とケース本体部36を構成する素材は、例示した素材に限定されるものでなく、例えば、ケース本体部36は鉄系の金属や樹脂によって形成することも可能である。
Claims (5)
- 内周に内歯を有する減速機ケースであって、
前記内歯を含む内歯部と、
前記内歯部を支持するケース本体部と、を備え、
前記内歯部は、前記ケース本体部よりも滑り性に優れた素材で構成され、
前記ケース本体部は、前記内歯部よりも硬度の高い素材で構成され、
前記ケース本体部は、少なくとも前記内歯部の径方向外側領域を覆う筒状に形成され、
前記ケース本体部の内周側には、環状溝が形成され、
前記環状溝には、前記内歯が内周側に露出するように、前記内歯部を形成する素材が充填されている減速機ケース。 - 前記ケース本体部は、前記内歯部よりも融点の高い素材によって構成されている請求項1に記載の減速機ケース。
- 前記内歯部の前記内歯は、柱状の内歯ピンが摺動可能に保持されるピン溝である請求項1または2に記載の減速機ケース。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の減速機ケースと、
前記減速機ケースの内側に配置される減速機構部と、
を備えている減速機。 - 内周に内歯を有する減速機ケースの製造方法において、
前記内歯を含む内歯部を、当該内歯部を支持するケース本体部よりも滑り性に優れた素材で構成するとともに、前記ケース本体部を、前記内歯部より硬度の高い素材で構成し、
前記ケース本体部を先に形成しておき、
前記ケース本体部を成形型内にセットして前記内歯部を射出成形する減速機ケースの製造方法。
