Description

バインダ混合物の酸性及び熱硬化による活性化荷電ポリマーフラグメントの固定化。ポリアミドアミンエピクロロヒドリンのカルボン酸活性化はカチオン性官能基化の喪失につながるため、重合要件(バインダ強度)及びPAAE主鎖からの電荷の喪失のバランスを見つけることが重要である。示されているプロセス例においては、6Kgのクエン酸充填が1000Lのバインダ溶液において行われ、pH3.9に達した。
