Description
Claims (22)
- ハウジングであって、
第1端子および第2端子を含み、
前記第1端子はカバーを含み、前記カバーはその内部に少なくとも1つの弱化線を含み、前記弱化線は、前記ハウジング内で閾値圧力が満足される場合に開口を形成し、前記開口を通して前記ハウジングからガスを排出できるように構成され、
前記ハウジング内に前記カバーに隣接して配置されるフィルタであって、前記ガスを前記ハウジングから排出できるように、かつ前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に前記ハウジング内に収容される固形物が前記開口から流出するのを抑止するように構成されている開口部を有するフィルタ、を含むハウジング、
を含む、電池。 - 前記ハウジングは、アノードおよびカソード、ならびに前記アノードと前記カソードの間に配置されるセパレータを収容する、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記アノードの膨張に適応する第1空間および前記カソードの膨張に適応する第2空間を含む、請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記弱化線は切り込み線である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記切り込み線は前記ハウジングの側壁に隣接して配置され、ラベルにより覆われて、前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に前記ハウジング内に収容される前記固形物が前記開口から流出するのをさらに抑止する、請求項4に記載の電池。
- 前記切り込み線は、前記ハウジング内に配置されるカソードから縦方向に離間している、請求項4に記載の電池。
- 前記切り込み線は、前記側壁に隣接する中央部を有する円弧を含む、請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記弱化線は8ミリメートルの長さである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記開口部および前記弱化線は、前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に前記ガスが前記開口部を通過できるように、かつ前記ガスが前記カバーに作用して前記弱化線が開口を形成できるように、略位置合わせされている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記フィルタは前記カバーを補強するように構成される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記弱化線は第1弱化線であり、前記開口は第1開口であり、前記カバーは第2弱化線をさらに含み、前記第2弱化線は前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に第2開口を形成して前記ガスを前記ハウジングから排出できるように構成される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記カバーは突出部を含み、前記第1弱化線は前記突出部の第1側に配置され、前記第2弱化線は前記突出部の第2側に配置される、請求項11に記載の電池。
- 前記フィルタは放射状に間隔をおいて配置される複数の開口部を含み、前記放射状に間隔をおいて配置される複数の開口部は、前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に前記ガスを前記ハウジングから排出できるように、かつ前記ハウジング内に収容される前記固形物が前記開口から流出するのを抑止するように構成される、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記第1端子はアノードであり、前記第2端子はカソードである、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記弱化線を覆う第2カバーをさらに含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記弱化線はコイン状通気孔である、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 第1端子および第2端子を含むハウジングであって、前記第1端子は、閾値圧力が満足される場合にガスをハウジングから排出できるようにする手段を含むカバーを有する、ハウジングと、
前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に固形物を前記ハウジング内に収容されたままとする手段と、
を含むものであり、
前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に前記固形物を前記ハウジング内に収容されたままとする前記手段は、前記ハウジング内に前記カバーに隣接して配置されるフィルタを含む、電池。 - 前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に前記ガスを前記ハウジングから排出できるようにする前記手段は、前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に開口を形成するように構成される弱化線を含む、請求項17に記載の電池。
- 前記弱化線はアーチ形の溝である、請求項18に記載の電池。
- 前記フィルタは、前記閾値圧力が満足される場合に前記ガスを前記ハウジングから排出できるように、かつ前記ハウジング内に収容される前記固形物が前記開口から流出するのを抑止するように構成される放射状に間隔をおいて配置される複数の開口部を有する、請求項18または19に記載の電池。
- ハウジングであって、
第1端子および第2端子を含み、
前記第1端子は圧力放出口を有するカバーを含み、前記圧力放出口は、閾値圧力が満足される場合にガスを前記ハウジングから排出できるように作動可能であり、
前記ハウジング内に前記カバーに隣接して配置されるフィルタであって、前記ガスを前記ハウジングから排出できるように、かつ前記ハウジング内に収容される固形物が前記ハウジングから流出するのを抑止するように構成されているフィルタ、を含むハウジング、
を含む、電池。 - 前記圧力放出口は、閾値圧力が満足される場合に切断されて開口を形成してガスを排出できるように構成される弱化線を含む、請求項21に記載の電池。
