Description
Claims (12)
- エアロゾル発生物品を加熱するためのエアロゾル発生装置であって、
開口部を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置された、かつ前記ハウジングの前記開口部を通して前記エアロゾル発生物品の少なくとも一部分を受容するように構成されたチャンバーと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたヒーター組立品であって、かつ前記チャンバーの少なくとも一部分を加熱するように構成された発熱体を備える、ヒーター組立品と、
前記ハウジングの前記開口部に配置された、または前記開口部に近接して配置された二つの部材を備え、かつ
前記エアロゾル発生物品を前記開口部を介して前記チャンバーの中に挿入することができる開いた位置と、
前記二つの部材が前記ハウジングにおける前記開口部を完全に閉じる、閉じた位置と、の間で動くように構成された機構と、を備える、エアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記二つの部材が前記ハウジングの壁の外表面上に配置されている、または二つの部材が前記ハウジングの壁の内部表面の下にある、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記ハウジングが各部材のためのガイドトラックを備え、各部材が前記開いた位置と前記閉じた位置の間を動く際に、このガイドトラックに沿って摺動することができる、請求項1または請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記二つの部材が複数のブレードを備え、前記ブレードの各々が、前記エアロゾル発生物品を前記開口部を介して前記チャンバーの中に挿入することができる前記開いた位置と、前記ブレードが前記開いた位置にある時の前記開口部のサイズと比べて前記開口部のサイズを低減させた他の位置とから動くように構成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 各部材が、保持表面を提供するように配設された凹状の縁を備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記チャンバーが細長く、かつ前記チャンバーの基部から前記開口部まで延びる長軸方向軸を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記チャンバーの少なくとも一つの壁が前記発熱体に熱的に連結されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記発熱体が前記チャンバーの少なくとも一つの壁の外表面の周りに配置されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記機構が、前記ハウジングの外表面上に制御要素を備え、前記制御要素が各部材に連結されていて、これによって前記制御要素の作動が前記開いた位置と前記閉じた位置の間で各部材を動かす、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記部材がセット位置に向かって動くために各部材を強いるように構成された付勢要素を前記機構が備える、請求項9に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記機構が前記ヒーター組立品に連結されていて、かつ前記ヒーター組立品の起動に応答して各部材を前記開いた位置から前記閉じた位置に動かすように構成されている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置と、前記エアロゾル発生装置の前記チャンバーの中に挿入されるように構成されたエアロゾル発生物品とを備える、エアロゾル発生システム。
