Claims (12)
- プロセス流体のための入口(1)及び出口(7)を有する密封管を備えた混合器システムであって、前記管は、該管の長手方向軸の周囲で往復円弧状に回転可能であるとともに、ブレードキャリア(10)の両端に取り付けられた1又は2以上のブレード(11)を含む混合要素を含み、前記ブレードキャリアは、前記管が円弧状に回転するのと同じ方向に同じ角速度(度/秒)で前記1又は2以上のブレードを回転させることができるように前記管内に支持され、
前記ブレードキャリアは、前記管の両端に位置して前記管又は管端部フランジによって支持され、前記ブレードが、前記管の中心と管壁との間の位置において前記ブレードキャリア(10)に取り付けられて前記管壁に全周にわたって接触しないように取り付けられる、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記管内の前記混合要素を動かすために、前記ブレードキャリア(10)を前記管と同じ角速度で同じ方向に回転させる管駆動ストロークと、前記ブレードキャリアを前記管と異なる角速度及び/又は方向に回転させる流体駆動ストロークとの組み合わせが使用される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記管又は前記ブレードキャリア(10)に設けられた突出部の形態の1又は2以上の移動停止部を含み、前記移動停止部は、前記ブレードキャリア(10)又は前記管にそれぞれ当接することで、前記混合要素の前記管に対するそれ以上の回転を阻止するように構成され、
前記混合要素は自由に回転するが、1又は2以上の移動停止部によって自由回転度が制限されるように構成される、
請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記ブレードを支持する中心シャフトが前記ブレードキャリア間に存在しない、
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記1又は複数の前記ブレードは、前記管の半径のうち外側の70%の範囲に配置され、外側の50%の範囲に配置され、または外側の30%の範囲に配置される、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記1又は複数のブレード(11)は、軸方向面に真っ直ぐであり、半径方向面に屈曲又は湾曲している、
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記管の外面に、前記管の過回転を阻止する移動停止部が取り付けられ、
前記移動停止部は、前記管の駆動システムに前記管の所与の方向の回転を停止するように信号で伝えるセンサを有する構成、及び前記管の一部ではない静止面に固定された固体突出部に前記管上の固体突出部が接触する機械的停止部の構成のいずれか1つまたはそれらの組み合わせである、
請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記ブレードキャリアの自由回転運動を制限するために、前記管に設けられた突出部の形態であるとともに前記ブレードキャリアに当接可能な混合要素移動停止部が使用される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記管の内部の長さ方向に対して直交する方向に広がる1又は2以上のバッフル(14)を備える、
請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 入口及び出口を有する密封管にプロセス流体を供給するステップと、該管の長手方向軸の周囲で往復円弧状に前記管を回転させるステップとを含む混合方法であって、前記管は、前記管の両端に位置するブレードキャリアの両端に取り付けられた1又は2以上のブレードを含む混合要素を含み、前記ブレードキャリアは、前記管が円弧状に回転するのと同じ方向に同じ角速度(度/秒)で前記1又は2以上のブレードが回転し、これによりプロセス流体を混合し且つ前記ブレードが前記管の中心と管壁との間の位置において前記ブレードキャリア(10)に取り付けられて前記管壁に全周にわたって接触しないように前記管内に支持される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記混合要素の前記回転中心は、前記管の中心である、
