<第1実施形態>
<コイル>
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態のコイル10を示す概略図であり、同図(A)が螺旋軸方向から見た平面図、同図(B)が同図(A)を図示の左方向から見た側面概略図、同図(C)および同図(D)が同図(A)のX-X線断面概略図である。
図2~図6を参照して本実施形態のコイル10の製造方法について説明する。図2は、コイル10の製造方法の処理の流れの一例を示すフロー図である。同図に示すように、コイル10の製造方法は、第一の金属部材21により第一の螺旋構造体51を形成する工程(ステップS01)と、第一の金属部材21の表面を第二の金属部材22で覆う工程(ステップS03)と、第一の金属部材21を除去し(ステップS05)、内部が中空の第二の金属部材22による第二の螺旋構造体52を形成する工程(ステップS07)と、を有する。
図7を参照して本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。図7(A)は、図1(C)に対応する断面図であり、同図(B)は、図1(A)に対応する平面図である。

Claims (8)
- 第一の金属部材により第一の螺旋構造体を形成する工程と、
前記第一の金属部材の表面を第二の金属部材で覆う工程と、
前記第一の金属部材を除去し、内部が中空の前記第二の金属部材による第二の螺旋構造体を形成する工程と、
を有することを特徴とするコイルの製造方法。 - 前記第一の金属部材を溶解し、排出する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイルの製造方法。 - 前記第二の螺旋構造体の内部に液体を注入する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のコイルの製造方法。 - 前記第一の金属部材によって構成される複数の帯状の導体を準備し、
前記導体の帯長手方向の端面同士を連続して押圧し、前記第一の螺旋構造体を形成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のコイルの製造方法。 - 押圧によるバリを除去する工程を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコイルの製造方法。 - 前記第一の螺旋構造体および前記第二の螺旋構造体は、1周分の領域が略矩形状となるように形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のコイルの製造方法。 - 前記第一の金属部材は平導体である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のコイルの製造方法。 - 前記第二の螺旋構造体を樹脂で被覆する工程を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のコイルの製造方法。
