Description
気泡内に存在するガスの激しい圧縮による衝撃波、
マイクロジェット:固体表面の近くで、気泡の破裂が非対称になり、生じた衝撃波が固体表面に向かう水溶液マイクロジェットを生成する。固体表面へのマイクロジェットの影響はエネルギーが豊富であり、この機械的効果は、冷間圧延後のストリップ表面の洗浄のための亜鉛めっきに使用することができる。
水溶液3を収容するタンク2と、
前記ストリップを前記タンク2内に導くための少なくとも1つのロール4と、
水溶液3中に浸漬された、少なくとも1つのトランスデューサ5と、
を備える。
前記移動するストリップを前記水溶液3に浸漬するステップと、
水溶液中に浸漬された前記少なくとも1つのトランスデューサにより、前記水溶液中に超音波を放射するステップと、
を備える。
Claims (10)
- 移動する鋼ストリップ(S)を連続的に洗浄するための装置(1)であって、
水溶液(3)を収容するタンク(2)と、
前記ストリップを前記タンク(2)内に導くための少なくとも1つのロール(4)と、
複数の圧電トランスデューサを備える駆動ヘッド(13)を一方または両方の端部に有する共振器ロッド(12)を備える少なくとも1つのトランスデューサであって、前記共振器ロッドは、駆動ヘッドのおかげで振動することができ、水溶液中に浸漬された少なくとも1つのトランスデューサ(5)と、
を備える装置(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つのトランスデューサは、20kHz~60kHzの周波数で動作することができる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのトランスデューサは、500~3000kWの出力で動作することができる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記トランスデューサ(15)は、ストリップ幅に平行な長さを有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記トランスデューサ(15)およびストリップ(S)は、40mm~250mmに含まれる距離だけ離間している、請求項3または4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ストリップSの各表面は、少なくとも1つのトランスデューサに面している、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記水溶液の単位体積当たりで、リットル当たり5ワット~リットル当たり25ワットの出力能力を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 水溶液(3)を収容するタンク(2)と、鋼ストリップを前記タンク(2)内に導くための少なくとも1つのロール(4)と、複数の圧電トランスデューサを備える駆動ヘッド(13)を一方または両方の端部に有する共振器ロッド(12)を備える少なくとも1つのトランスデューサであって、前記共振器ロッドは、駆動ヘッドのおかげで振動することができ、水溶液中に浸漬された少なくとも1つのトランスデューサと、を備える洗浄設備において、移動する前記ストリップを洗浄するための方法であって、
前記移動するストリップを前記水溶液(3)に浸漬するステップと、
水溶液中に浸漬された前記少なくとも1つのトランスデューサによって、前記水溶液中に超音波を放射するステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記水溶液は、リットル当たり10グラム~リットル当たり40グラムのアルカリ生成物を含有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液は、30℃~80℃の温度に保たれる、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
