Claims (12)
- 滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)であって、
ハウジング(8)と、
ねじ切りされた外側表面(10a)を有する非回転ピストン棒(10)と、
前記ピストン棒(10)の前記ねじ切りされた外側表面(10a)にねじ係合される内側表面(13a)を備えるナット(13)であって、前記ナット(13)は、用量設定中に前記ピストン棒(10)を基準として回転し、軸方向の遠位方向に平行移動する、ナット(13)と、
前記ハウジング(8)を基準として回転方向において固定され、前記ピストン棒(10)の回転を防止するように構成されるピストン棒ガイドと、
用量送達中に回転しないドライバ(12)と、
前記ハウジング(8)を基準として回転方向において固定されるラチェット(14)と、
前記ナット(13)と前記ドライバ(12)との間に配置されるブレーキ(20)と
を備え、
前記ブレーキ(20)が、前記ナット(13)の近位端を受け入れるための貫通孔を有するリング又はワッシャー状の構造体である、滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。 - 前記ブレーキ(20)が、ゴムから作製されている、請求項1に記載の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。
- 用量送達中、前記ナット(13)は、前記ピストン棒(10)とともに軸方向のみに移動する、請求項1に記載の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。
- 前記ピストン棒(10)が、前記ハウジング(8)を基準として回転方向において固定される前記ピストン棒ガイドにより、前記ハウジング(8)を基準とした非回転状態で保持される非円形断面を有する、請求項1に記載の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。
- 用量設定中の前記ナット(13)の回転が、前記用量設定機構の使用者によって回転させられる用量ノブ(6)に動作可能に接続されるクラッチを介するものである、請求項1に記載の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。
- 前記ナット(13)が、用量設定中及び用量キャンセル中に前記ラチェット(14)に解除可能に係合される1つ又は複数の可撓性アーム(15)を有する、請求項5に記載の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。
- 前記ラチェット(14)に対しての前記1つ又は複数の可撓性アーム(15)の相対運動及び係合が、前記滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)の使用者に対しての触覚信号又は可聴信号を生成する、請求項6に記載の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。
- 前記ドライバ(12)の軸方向の移動が、前記ハウジング(8)を基準として前記ナット(13)を軸方向の近位方向に押す、請求項1に記載の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。
- 前記ラチェット(14)が、前記ピストン棒ガイドに固定され、前記ハウジング(8)の内部表面に固定される、請求項1に記載の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。
- 前記ラチェット(14)が、前記ハウジング(8)の内部表面の一部である、請求項1に記載の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)。
- 請求項1の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)と、前記滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)に取り付けられるホルダ(2)とを備える注射デバイス(100)であって、前記ホルダ(2)が、薬剤の容器(3)を受け入れるように構成される、注射デバイス(100)。
- 請求項1の滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)と、前記滑り止め付きの用量送達機構(1)に取り付け可能なホルダ(2)と、薬剤の容器(3)とを備える注射デバイス(100)であって、前記ホルダ(2)が、前記薬剤の容器(3)を受け入れるように構成される、注射デバイス(100)。
