Claims (10)
- ラミネートシートを含む電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの内部に収容された電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体の外面に位置し、補充電解液を収容する内部パウチと、
前記補充電解液を排出するために前記内部パウチを貫通する貫通部材と、
を含み、
前記電池ケースの内圧増加の際、前記内部パウチに収容した補充電解液を排出するように前記貫通部材が変形される、パウチ型電池セルにおいて、
前記内部パウチは、前記電極組立体と対面する第1面、前記第1面の反対側の外面であり、且つ前記貫通部材と対面する第2面、及び前記第1面及び前記第2面を除いた側面を含み、
前記貫通部材は、前記電池ケースの内部圧力によって電圧を発生する圧電素子、及び前記圧電素子で発生した電圧によって変形される電気活性高分子(Electroactive polymer、EAP)ピンを含む、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記補充電解液は、被膜形成添加剤を含まない、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記内部パウチは、前記電極組立体の電極板に平行な外面である前記電極組立体の上面及び下面のうちの少なくとも一方の外面に位置する、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記EAPピンは正常状態では平面形態を有し、前記電池ケースの内圧増加の際には前記内部パウチの方向に曲げられるように変形される、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記圧電素子は平板状を有し、前記EAPピンは、前記圧電素子と結合された結合部、及び電圧増加の際に変形される変形部を含む、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記変形部は前記結合部に対して垂直に曲げられて前記内部パウチを貫通する、請求項5に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記変形部は前記内部パウチの前記側面に対して垂直に曲げられて前記内部パウチを貫通する、請求項5に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記貫通部材は、1個の前記圧電素子と連結された第1EAPピン及び第2EAPピンを含む、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記内部パウチは、互いに区画された第1収容部及び第2収容部を含み、
前記第1収容部を貫通する前記第1EAPピンの変形電圧と前記第2収容部を貫通する前記第2EAPピンの変形電圧とが互いに異なる、請求項8に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルを複数収容し、前記パウチ型電池セルが隣接したパウチ型電池セルと密着するように配列された電池セル積層体を含む、電池パック。
