Claims (14)
- 少なくとも可視光領域において透光性を有する透光性部材と前記透光性部材の表面の少なくとも一部に設けられた光制御層とを有する導光体と、
前記透光性部材の少なくとも一つの端面に向けて光を出射する光源と、を備え、
前記光制御層は、前記透光性部材の厚み方向である1軸方向と前記透光性部材の表面に平行な2軸方向との3軸方向の各々に周期的に配列された複数の粒子によって構成されたコロイド結晶を有し、かつ、反射光の波長が入射光の入射角度に依存する反射波長選択性を有する、
発光装置。 - 前記透光性部材は、第1の主面と前記第1の主面に背向する第2の主面とを有する基板であり、
前記光制御層は、前記第1の主面に設けられている、
請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記基板の前記第2の主面に、前記基板を導光する光を前記第1の主面に向けて反射する反射部が設けられている、
