Description
本出願は、2019年10月2日に提出された米国仮出願第62/909,609号の優先権及び利益を主張する。
第1の態様では、500nm以下の平均結晶サイズを有するSSZ-27フレームワーク構造のモレキュラーシーブを提供する。
本明細書中で使用する用語「フレームワーク型」は、“Atlas of Zeolite Framework Types” by Ch. Baerlocher, L.B. McCusker and D.H. Olson (Elsevier, Sixth Revised Edition,2007)に記載されている意味を有する。
モレキュラーシーブSSZ-27の小型結晶形は:(a)(1)FAUフレームワーク型ゼオライト;(2)第1族または第2族の金属(M)の供給源;(3)syn,syn-N,N,N,N’,N’,N’-ヘキサメチル[4.3.3.0]プロペラン-8,11-ジアンモニウムカチオン(Q)を含む構造指向剤;(4)水酸化物イオンの供給源;及び(5)水を含む反応混合物を提供し;ならびに(b)反応混合物をSSZ-27フレームワーク構造のモレキュラーシーブの結晶を形成するのに十分な結晶化条件に供することを含む方法により合成することができる。
表中、Mは、第1族または第2族金属であり;Qは、syn,syn-N,N,N,N’,N’,N’-ヘキサメチル[4.3.3.0]プロペラン-8,11-ジアンモニウムカチオンを含む。
合成されたままの無水の形態で、本発明のSSZ-27モレキュラーシーブは、モル比に関して、表2に示す範囲内の化学組成を有し得る。
表中、Qは、syn,syn-N,N,N,N’,N’,N’-ヘキサメチル[4.3.3.0]プロペラン-8,11-ジアンモニウムカチオンを含み;Mは、第1族または第2族金属である。
本発明のSSZ-27モレキュラーシーブは、分子種の混合物を分離し、イオン交換によって不純物を除去し、様々な有機変換プロセスを触媒するために使用することができる。分子種の分離は、分子サイズ(速度論的直径)または分子種の極性の程度のいずれかに基づき得る。分離プロセスは、少なくとも2つの成分をSSZ-27モレキュラーシーブと接触させて、少なくとも1つの分離された成分を生成することを含み得る。

図1(a)に示す回折パターンと実質的に同じ粉末X線回折パターンを示す、[1]に記載のモレキュラーシーブ。

(b)前記反応混合物を、SSZ-27フレームワーク構造のモレキュラーシーブの結晶を形成するのに十分な結晶化条件に供することを含む、

前記結晶化条件が、160℃超~200℃の範囲の温度を含む、[5]に記載の方法。

少なくとも2つの成分の分離プロセスであって、前記プロセスが、前記少なくとも2つの成分を[1]に記載のモレキュラーシーブと接触させて、少なくとも1つの分離された成分を生成することを含む、前記分離プロセス。
[12]
有機化合物を含む原料から変換生成物への変換プロセスであって、前記プロセスが、有機化合物変換条件で前記原料を[1]に記載のモレキュラーシーブを含む触媒と接触させることを含む、前記変換プロセス。
[13]
排気ガスの処理プロセスであって、前記プロセスが、窒素酸化物(NO x )及び/またはNH 3 を含む燃焼排気ガスを、[8]に記載のモレキュラーシーブを含む触媒と接触させて、NO x の少なくとも一部を、N 2 及びH 2 Oに選択的に還元し、及び/またはNH 3 の少なくとも一部を酸化することを含む、前記処理プロセス。
構造指向剤の合成
N,N,N,N’,N’,N’-ヘキサメチル[4.3.3.0]プロペラン-8,11-ジヨウ化二アンモニウムの異性体混合物を、米国特許第4,910,006号に記載されているように調製した。S.Smeets et al.(Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.2019,58,2-9)に記載されるように、所望の異性体生成物、すなわちsyn,syn-N,N,N,N’,N’,N’-ヘキサメチル[4.3.3.0]プロペラン-8,11-ジヨウ化二アンモニウムを、温めたアセトニトリルと水(13/1 v/v)からの選択的再結晶によって、生成物が1H NMR分光法によって純粋であると見なされるまで単離した。
小型結晶SSZ-27の合成
23mLの鋼製Parrオートクレーブ用のテフロンライナー内にて、0.58gの溶液中、0.5ミリモルのsyn,syn-N,N,N,N’,N’,N’-ヘキサメチル[4.3.3.0]プロペラン-8,11-二水酸化二アンモニウムの溶液(水酸化物の寄与に基づく)を、1gの1N NaOH、1gの脱イオン水、及び0.36gのCBV720Y-ゼオライト粉末(Zeolyst International;SiO2/Al2O3モル比=30)と混合することによって懸濁液を調製した。次いで、ライナーに蓋をして、23mLオートクレーブ内に密封し、対流式オーブン内でタンブリング条件(約43rpm)下で170℃にて7~10日間加熱した。次いで、固体を遠心分離によって単離し、脱イオン水で洗浄し、95℃のオーブンで乾燥させた。
Si=34.0%;Al=2.27%;Na=0.266%。
Claims (7)
- 500nm以下の平均結晶サイズを有する結晶からなる、SSZ-27フレームワーク構造のモレキュラーシーブであって、20~80の範囲のSiO 2 /Al 2 O 3 のモル比を有し、下記に示す回折パターンと実質的に同じ粉末X線回折パターンを示し:
しかも、結晶サイズは、個々の結晶(双晶を含む)に基づいているが、結晶の集合は含まず;結晶サイズは、3次元結晶の最長の対角線の長さであり;結晶サイズの測定は、顕微鏡法を使用して実行し;明らかに大きな多結晶凝集体である粒子は、測定値に含めず;これらの測定値に基づいて、サンプルの結晶サイズの算術平均を計算する、前記のモレキュラーシーブ。 - syn,syn-N,N,N,N’,N’,N’-ヘキサメチル[4.3.3.0]プロペラン-8,11-ジアンモニウムカチオンを細孔内にさらに含む、請求項1に記載のモレキュラーシーブ。
- (a)
(1)FAUフレームワーク型ゼオライト;

(b)前記反応混合物を、SSZ-27フレームワーク構造のモレキュラーシーブの結晶を形成するのに十分な結晶化条件に供することを含む、
請求項1に記載のモレキュラーシーブの合成方法であって、
前記反応混合物が、モル比に関して、以下のような組成を有し、
前記FAUフレームワーク型ゼオライトが、前記反応混合物中のシリカ及びアルミニウムの唯一の供給源である、前記の方法。 - 前記反応混合物が、モル比に関して、以下のような組成を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記FAUフレームワーク型ゼオライトがYゼオライトである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記結晶化条件が、160℃超~200℃の範囲の温度を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 排気ガスの処理プロセスであって、前記プロセスが、窒素酸化物(NOx)及び/またはNH3を含む燃焼排気ガスを、請求項1に記載のモレキュラーシーブを含む触媒と接触させて、NOxの少なくとも一部を、N2及びH2Oに選択的に還元し、及び/またはNH3の少なくとも一部を酸化することを含む、前記処理プロセス。
