Description
重力を利用して、液状溶融体、チキソトロピック材料又は固形材料を上方から供給する。
説明:ガイドロッドは、先端が細くなっている(ねじ込みを容易にするためであり、加圧接点面に向かって太くなり、曲げ部内部の形状に対応する)。理想的には、内部の端部輪郭は、達成されるべきコイル全体と少なくとも同じ高さを有する。(図5参照)
・歩留まりの極めて高い連続的な製造。
・巻線ヘッドの修正とコイルの90度以下の同時回転との組み合わせ及び可変調整により、本概念は、あらゆる種類のスリップインコイルに使用され得る。
・曲げ部の関連箇所にドローベベル(draw bevels)は不要であり(平行平板巻と非平行平板巻を実現でき)、このため、製造プロセスから生じるスロット充填率の低下がない。
・予備形成されたコイルは、マンドレルを使って押し付けるだけで組み立てた状態に成形することができる(したがって、複雑なプロセスを必要としない)。
・マンドレルの形状は、成形過程で最終形状への較正が実現できるように設計することができる(薄いねじ込み領域は、加圧部分に向かうマンドレルの長軸方向に沿って徐々に厚くなり、最終的にはコイル内部の形状とされる。コイル内部の最終輪郭は、達成されるコイル形状と少なくとも同じ長さを持つことが理想的である)。
・加工ステップは自動化に適している(大量生産にとって重要)。
・輪郭付与インサートの使用により、交換時間が短くなり、工具コストと投資コストが削減される。
・隣接して配置された複数のローラ対の使用により容易に拡張可能である。
・方法/製造の変形例は、他の幾何学的形状、例えば、異形ワイヤに転用することもできる。
Claims (13)
- 電気機械に用いる螺旋構造体を製造するためのローラ鋳造方法であって、
第1のローラと前記第1のローラと反対方向に回転する第2のローラとの間に溶融体が供給され、
前記第1のローラは第1の歯を有し、前記第2のローラは第2の歯を有し、前記第1の歯及び/又は第2の歯は、前記供給された溶融体を受け入れるためのキャビティを有する歯面を有し、
前記供給された溶融体が、前記螺旋構造体の一部へと冷却されるにつれて前記歯の間で成形されるように前記ローラが回転するとき、少なくとも1つの歯の前記キャビティが他方のローラの歯の表面によって少なくとも一時的に区画されるように、前記歯が設計及び配向される、ローラ鋳造方法。 - 前記溶融体は、不活性ガス下で供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローラ鋳造方法。
- 供給される溶融体の量は、前記キャビティに設けられた金型キャビティと一致する、又は僅かに大きくなるように計量されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のローラ鋳造方法。
- 前記溶融体の材料は、金属、プラスチック、又は金属とプラスチックの混合物からなることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のローラ鋳造方法。
- 前記溶融体の材料は、金属であり、鉄、アルミニウム、銅、又はこれらの合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のローラ鋳造方法。
- 電気機械に用いる螺旋構造体を製造するためのローラ鋳造システムであって、
第1の歯を有する第1のローラと、第2の歯を有し前記第1のローラと反対方向に回転する第2のローラと、を備え、
前記第1の歯及び/又は第2の歯は、供給された溶融体を受け入れるためのキャビティを有する歯面を有し、
前記供給された溶融体を前記螺旋構造体の一部へと成形するために前記ローラが回転するとき、少なくとも1つの歯の前記キャビティが他方のローラの歯の表面によって少なくとも一時的に区画されるように、前記歯が設計及び配向される、ローラ鋳造システム。 - 溶融体を提供するためにローラの上流に溶融体リザーバを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のローラ鋳造システム。
- 前記ローラの下方に、急冷用の水容器、及び/又は、螺旋構造体の不動態化、絶縁、もしくはコーティング用の液体を供給する供給システムが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のローラ鋳造システム。
- 前記ローラの成形用輪郭は、摩耗、損傷、又は輪郭が変更された場合に迅速な交換を可能とするため、有利にはバリを回避するため、工具インサートにより製造される部品ごとに1つの工具インサートによって提供される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のローラ鋳造方法。
- 前記工具インサートは、スチール、アルミニウム、金属合金、又はセラミックからなる、請求項9に記載のローラ鋳造方法。
- 前記工具インサートは、平面工具インサート輪郭を直接ローラ径に成形することで製造される、請求項9又は10に記載のローラ鋳造方法。
- 材料を液状、チキソトロピック、又は固体で供給するものであって、
材料が固体状態で供給される場合は、予熱装置を用いて前記材料の温度及び前記供給された材料の粘性を調整する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のローラ鋳造方法。 - 前記予熱装置は、前記材料の温度及び前記供給された材料の粘性を調整するため、ローラシステムと供給システムとの間に電圧を印可する、請求項12に記載のローラ鋳造方法。
