Description
(A) 少なくとも1つのラクタム15重量%~84重量%、
(B) 以下の成分を含むモノマー混合物(M)16重量%~85重量%:
(B1) 少なくとも1つのC32~C40ダイマー酸および
(B2) 少なくとも1つのC4~C12ジアミン
を重合することにより製造される少なくとも1つのコポリアミドを含む積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)であって、
成分(A)および(B)の重量パーセントがそれぞれ、成分(A)および(B)の重量パーセントの総計を基準としており、積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)が少なくとも1つのさらなる層を含み、少なくとも1つのさらなる層が、(i)ポリオレフィン、ポリ(エチレンビニルアルコール)、ポリ(エチレンビニルアセタート)、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、および無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたポリオレフィンから成る群より選択される少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー(FP)と、(ii)アルミニウム金属および/またはスズ金属とから成る群より選択される、積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)により達成される。
本発明によると、積層化フィルム(P)は、少なくとも1つのコポリアミドを含む層を少なくとも1つ含む。
ポリオレフィンを含む少なくとも1つの外層と、アルミニウム金属および/またはスズ金属を含む少なくとも1つの層とを含む積層化フィルム(P)。
本発明によると、積層化フィルム(P)は、以下の成分:
(A) 少なくとも1つのラクタム15重量%~84重量%、
(B) 以下の成分を含むモノマー混合物(M)16重量%~85重量%:
(B1) 少なくとも1つのC32~C40ダイマー酸および
(B2) 少なくとも1つのC4~C12ジアミン
を重合することにより製造される少なくとも1つのコポリアミドを含み、
成分(A)および(B)の重量パーセントはそれぞれ、成分(A)および(B)の重量パーセントの総計を基準とする。
a) 成分(A)と(B)とを重合して少なくとも1つの第一のコポリアミドを得るステップ、
b) ステップa)で得られた少なくとも1つの第一のコポリアミドをペレット化して少なくとも1つのペレット化されたコポリアミドを得るステップ、
c) ステップb)で得られた少なくとも1つのペレット化されたコポリアミドを水で抽出して少なくとも1つの抽出されたコポリアミドを得るステップ、
d) ステップc)で得られた少なくとも1つの抽出されたコポリアミドを温度(TT)で乾燥させて少なくとも1つのコポリアミドを得るステップ
を含むことが好ましい。
a) 成分(A)と(B)とを重合して少なくとも1つの第一のコポリアミドを得るステップ、
b) ステップa)で得られた少なくとも1つの第一のコポリアミドをペレット化して少なくとも1つのペレット化されたコポリアミドを得るステップ、
c) ステップb)で得られた少なくとも1つのペレット化されたコポリアミドを水で抽出して少なくとも1つの抽出されたコポリアミドを得るステップ、
d) ステップc)で得られた少なくとも1つの抽出されたコポリアミドを温度(TT)で乾燥させて少なくとも1つのコポリアミドを得るステップ
を含む方法で製造される、積層化フィルム(P)が提供される。
成分(A)は、少なくとも1つのラクタムである。
本発明によると、成分(B)はモノマー混合物(M)である。モノマー混合物(M)は、成分(B1)少なくとも1つのC32~C40ダイマー酸と、(B2)少なくとも1つのC4~C12ジアミンとを含む。
本発明によると、成分(B1)は、少なくとも1つのC32~C40ダイマー酸である。
本発明によると、成分(B2)は、少なくとも1つのC4~C12ジアミンである。
積層化フィルム(P)の製造方法は、i)少なくとも2つのフィルムを製造するステップと、ii)少なくとも2つのフィルムを積層化するステップとを含み、ステップi)における少なくとも1つのフィルムは、本明細書において定義されているコポリアミドから得られ、ステップi)における他のフィルムは、a)ポリオレフィン、ポリ(エチレンビニルアルコール)、ポリ(エチレンビニルアセタート)、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたポリオレフィン、ポリエステルおよびイオノマーの少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー(FP)と、b)アルミニウム金属および/またはスズ金属とから成る群より選択される成分から得られる。
ポリマーフィルム(P)の特性を以下のように決定した:
C32~C40ダイマー酸から誘導された単位を含むコポリアミドの粘度数を、重量比1:1のフェノール/o-ジクロロベンゼンの0.5重量%の溶液中にて25℃で決定した。
特定のフィルムを製造するために、以下のポリマーおよび金属成分を使用した:
ポリアミド
A-1 218ml/gの粘度数、57℃のガラス転移温度、220℃の溶融温度および1.153g/mlの密度を有する、商品名Ultramid(登録商標)B36Lで販売されているBASF SEのナイロン-6。
C-1 以下の方法により製造される、ナイロン-6とポリアミド6.36とのコポリアミド:
カプロラクタム(成分(A))932kg、CrodaのPripol(登録商標)1009(C36ダイマー酸、水素化されている、成分(B1))323.2kg、水中の85重量%のヘキサメチレンジアミン溶液(成分(B2))77.84kg、および水153kgを、1930Lの槽内で混合し、窒素で覆った。槽の外側温度を290℃に加熱し、混合物をこの温度で11時間にわたり撹拌した。混合物を、最初の7時間は高圧で、次の4時間は減圧下で撹拌し、その間に、生成された水を留去した。得られたコポリアミドを、槽から取り出し、押し出し、ペレット化した。コポリアミドの得られたペレットを、95℃の水で4×6時間にわたり抽出し、その後、90℃~140℃で窒素流中にて10時間にわたり乾燥させた。得られたコポリアミドは、259ml/gの粘度数、38℃のガラス転移温度および188℃の溶融温度を有していた。コポリアミド中のポリアミド6.36の割合は、コポリアミドの総重量を基準として、30.3重量%であり、密度は1.076g/mlであった。
下記の厚さを有する単層フィルムLA-1、LA-2、LC-1およびLC-2を、直径45mmの押出機と10kg/hのスループットとを有するBattenfeldのキャスト押出ラインにおいて、下記の各ポリマーを押し出すことにより製造した。冷却ロールを20℃に冷却した。フィルムは、250mmの幅を有していた。
LA-2:ポリアミドA-1から製造された厚さ95μmのナイロン-6フィルム
LC-1:コポリアミドC-1から製造された厚さ25μmのコポリアミドフィルム
LC-2:コポリアミドC-1から製造された厚さ95μmのコポリアミドフィルム。
FPL-1:Italia S.R.L.のAmcor Flexibles(登録商標)の厚さ9μmおよび幅250mmのアルミニウムフィルム
FPL-2:Hostaphan(登録商標)RNKという名称で販売されているMitsubishi(登録商標)の厚さ12μmおよび幅250mmのポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)フィルム
FPL-3:RXC-22という名称で販売されているMitsui Chemicalsの厚さ60μmおよび幅250mmのキャストポリプロピレンフィルム。
以下の表に示されるように、上記のフィルムLA-1、LA-2、LC-1、LC-2、FPL-1、FPL-2およびFPL-3から選んだものをそれぞれ、DRYTECの実験室乾燥機において、フィルム幅250mmおよびオーブン長さ4mで、4g/m2の接着剤を用いて、順次積層化した(以下に記載)。第一の乾燥機の温度は80℃であり、第二の乾燥機の温度は60℃であった。積層化速度は20m/分であり、積層化自体は、50℃および圧力5barで、4.75%のBasonat(登録商標)LR9056を含む接着剤Epotal(登録商標)CF605を用いて行い、これらはどちらも、BASF SEから市販で得られた。積層化後に、フィルムを20℃の冷却ロールにかけた。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つのコポリアミドから成る層を少なくとも1つ含む積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)であって、前記コポリアミドが、以下の成分:
(A) 少なくとも1つのラクタム15重量%~84重量%、
(B) 以下の成分を含むモノマー混合物(M)16重量%~85重量%:
(B1) 少なくとも1つのC32~C40ダイマー酸および
(B2) 少なくとも1つのC4~C12ジアミン
を重合することにより製造され、
前記成分(A)および(B)の重量パーセントがそれぞれ、前記成分(A)および(B)の重量パーセントの総計を基準としており、前記積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)が少なくとも1つのさらなる層を含み、前記少なくとも1つのさらなる層が、(i)ポリオレフィン、ポリ(エチレンビニルアルコール)、ポリ(エチレンビニルアセタート)、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたポリオレフィン、ポリエステルおよびイオノマーから成る群より選択される少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー(FP)と、(ii)アルミニウム金属および/またはスズ金属とから成る群より選択され、
前記成分(B)が、いずれの場合にも、前記成分(B)の総モル量を基準として、前記成分(B1)を45~55mol%の範囲で、前記成分(B2)を45~55mol%の範囲で含む、積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。 - 前記成分(A)が、3-アミノプロパノラクタム、4-アミノブタノラクタム、5-アミノペンタノラクタム、6-アミノヘキサノラクタム、7-アミノヘプタノラクタム、8-アミノオクタノラクタム、9-アミノノナノラクタム、10-アミノデカノラクタム、11-アミノウンデカノラクタム、および12-アミノドデカノラクタムから成る群より選択される、請求項1記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記成分(B2)が、テトラメチレンジアミン、ペンタメチレンジアミン、ヘキサメチレンジアミン、デカメチレンジアミン、およびドデカメチレンジアミンから成る群より選択される、請求項1または2記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記成分(B1)が、不飽和C16脂肪酸、不飽和C18脂肪酸および不飽和C20脂肪酸から成る群より選択される不飽和脂肪酸から出発して製造される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコポリアミドが、重量比1:1のフェノール/o-ジクロロベンゼンの混合物中における前記少なくとも1つのコポリアミドの0.5重量%の溶液中で測定した場合に150~300ml/gの範囲の粘度数(VN(C))を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコポリアミドが、20~50℃の範囲のガラス転移温度(TG(C))を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコポリアミドが、150~210℃の範囲の溶融温度(TM(C))を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのさらなる層が、(i)ポリオレフィン、ポリ(エチレンビニルアセタート)、ポリエチレンテレフタラートから成る群より選択される少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー(FP)と、(ii)アルミニウム金属および/またはスズ金属とから成る群より選択される、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのさらなる層が、(i)ポリオレフィン、ポリ(エチレンビニルアセタート)、ポリエチレンテレフタラートから成る群より選択される少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー(FP)と、(ii)アルミニウム金属および/またはスズ金属とを含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのさらなる層として、ポリオレフィンを含む少なくとも1つの外層と、アルミニウム金属および/またはスズ金属を含む少なくとも1つの層とを含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのさらなる層として、ポリプロピレンから成る1つの外層と、
前記外層に隣接する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の前記少なくとも1つのコポリアミドから成る層と、
前記少なくとも1つのさらなる層として、前記コポリアミド層に隣接するアルミニウムのさらなる層と、
最後に、前記少なくとも1つのさらなる層として、前記アルミニウム層に隣接したポリエチレンテレフタラート層と、
を含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。 - 0.1μm~1mmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコポリアミドがランダムコポリマーである、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)の製造方法において、前記方法は、
i) 少なくとも2つのフィルムを製造するステップと、
ii) 前記少なくとも2つのフィルムを積層化するステップと
を含み、ステップi)における少なくとも1つのフィルムが、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のコポリアミドから得られ、ステップi)における他のフィルムが、a)ポリオレフィン、ポリ(エチレンビニルアルコール)、ポリ(エチレンビニルアセタート)、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたポリオレフィン、ポリエステルおよびイオノマーの少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー(FP)と、b)アルミニウム金属および/またはスズ金属とから成る群より選択される成分から得られる、方法。 - 包装フィルムとしての、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)の使用。
- レトルト包装フィルムとしての、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のアルミニウム含有積層化多層ポリマー含有フィルム(P)の使用。
