Claims (5)
- 弁室及び弁ポートを構成する弁本体と、前記弁ポートの開度を変更する弁体と、を備えた弁装置であって、
前記弁本体の軸方向の一端側には、前記弁ポートと、継手を接合するための継手接合部と、が設けられ、
前記弁本体は、前記軸方向に延びる全体筒状に形成され、前記弁室を構成する内部空間と外部空間とを仕切る壁部を有して構成され、
前記壁部のうち、前記継手接合部よりも径方向の外側に位置するとともに、前記内部空間に露出する内部露出面と前記外部空間に露出する外部露出面とが互いに背向して軸方向に重なった形状を有する特定壁部において、前記特定壁部における前記内部露出面である特定内部露出面、及び前記特定壁部における前記外部露出面である特定外部露出面の少なくとも一方に封孔処理部が設けられていることを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記封孔処理部は、前記特定内部露出面及び前記特定外部露出面の少なくとも一方に溶融したろう材を付着させて形成されたろう材被膜によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記継手接合部よりも前記径方向の外側の位置から前記継手まで前記径方向及び周方向に連続し、且つ、少なくとも前記特定外部露出面を内側に含む範囲に凹部が設けられ、当該凹部を埋めるように前記ろう材被膜が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記封孔処理部は、前記特定内部露出面及び前記特定外部露出面の少なくとも一方を前記軸方向に塑性変形させて形成された塑性変形部によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のうち何れか一項に記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁ポートを構成して前記特定内部露出面に連続した弁座部には、前記弁ポートを囲んで周方向に連続する溝部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~4の内何れか一項に記載の弁装置。
