Description
US 9,134,072Bは2つ流体のために提供されて、流動チャンネルが多重分岐されて互いに絡まっている熱交換機に関する。

特定適用例において、それぞれのチャンネルが一回だけ分岐されることが考慮できるが、分岐で始まる少なくとも1つのチャンネルが再度分岐されることが本発明による熱交換機の使用可能性のために好ましい。
第1シミュレーションにおいて、少なくとも1つの分岐に2つより多い、特に3つまたは4つのチャンネルが提供されることが好ましいことが分かった。

Claims (10)
- 電気自動車のバッテリーモジュールに付着されることのできる少なくとも1つのプレート(12)を有する熱交換機(10)として、冷媒の蒸発のための多数の、少なくとも部分的に平行するチャンネル(14)が前記プレート(12)に対して平行する平面内に形成されて、少なくとも1つの共通の入口(16)及び/または出口(22)から分岐され、
少なくとも1つの分岐に少なくとも1つの流動案内要素(26)が提供され、
前記少なくとも1つの流動案内要素(26)は流入チャンネル(18)の全体高さにわたって形成されることを特徴とする熱交換機。 - 分岐から始まる少なくとも1つの中間チャンネル(20)が再度分岐されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機。
- 少なくとも1つの分岐により3つ以上の前記中間チャンネル(20)が始まることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の熱交換機。
- 電気自動車のバッテリーモジュールに付着されることのできる少なくとも1つのプレート(12)を有する熱交換機(10)として、冷媒の蒸発のための多数の、少なくとも部分的に平行するチャンネル(14)が前記プレート(12)に対して平行する平面内に形成されて、少なくとも1つの共通の入口(16)及び/または出口(22)から分岐され、
少なくとも1つの分岐に少なくとも1つの流動案内要素(26)が提供され、
前記少なくとも1つの流動案内要素(26)はプレート平面を平面視する時に実質的に丸く形成されることを特徴とする熱交換機。 - 前記チャンネル(14)、流入チャンネル(18)、中間チャンネル(20)は同じ高さを有することを特徴とする請求項1~請求項4のうちの何れか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 2つの以上の前記入口(16)及び/または前記出口(22)の場合、同じ入口または出口(22)に連結されたチャンネル(14)が他の入口(16)または出口(22)に連結された他のチャンネル(14)に対して少なくとも部分的に対称であることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項5のうちの何れか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記プレートは少なくとも20bar、好ましくは少なくとも60barの圧力を耐えることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項6のうちの何れか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 電気自動車のバッテリーモジュールに付着されることのできる少なくとも1つのプレート(12)を有する熱交換機(10)として、冷媒の蒸発のための多数の、少なくとも部分的に平行するチャンネル(14)が前記プレート(12)に対して平行する平面内に形成されて、少なくとも1つの共通の入口(16)及び/または出口(22)から分岐され、
少なくとも2つの平行するチャンネル(14)は局部的に互いに連結されることを特徴とする記載の熱交換機。 - 前記入口(16)及び前記出口(22)は互いに並んで配置されたチャンネル(14)が折り返して流れるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項8のうちの何れか一項に記載の熱交換機。
- 請求項1~請求項9のうちの何れか一項による多数の熱交換機を備えることを特徴とする熱交換機装置。
