Claims (8)
- 砲尾端部(12)と砲尾ウェッジ(14)とを有する砲尾ブロック(10)であって、
回転結合された開閉レバー(22)を備えた開閉シャフト(20)と、
前記砲尾ブロック(10)から薬莢ケースまたは薬莢ベースを引き出すための排出システム(30)であって少なくとも1つの排出装置(32)と、前記排出装置(32)を作動させる少なくとも1つの排出レバー(34)とを有する排出システム(30)と、
を備え、
前記排出レバー(34)は、前記開閉シャフト(20)上に回転運動可能に取り付けられ、前記排出システム(30)は、前記開閉レバー(22)の回転運動を前記排出レバー(34)に伝達するように設計された少なくとも1つの伝達要素(40)を備え、
前記伝達要素(40)は、前記開閉シャフト(20)から離間している第1軸(43)に回転運動可能に取り付けられている、砲尾ブロック(10)。 - 前記排出システム(30)は、前記開閉レバー(22)と接触するために前記伝達要素(40)の端部(41a)に配置された少なくとも1つの第1の接触ローラ(42)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの排出レバー(34)と接触するために、前記伝達要素(40)の第1の端部(41a)に配置された少なくとも1つの第2の接触ローラ(44)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の砲尾ブロック(10)。
- 前記第1の接触ローラ(42)と前記第2の接触ローラ(44)の少なくとも1つは、共通の第2軸(46)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の砲尾ブロック(10)。
- 前記排出システム(30)は、前記伝達要素(40)が前記少なくとも1つの排出レバー(34)に対して予圧する少なくとも1つの予圧要素(50)を有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の砲尾ブロック(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの排出レバー(34)は、前記第2の接触ローラ(44)が接触して移動する円弧状の接触面(38)を有するレバーアーム(36)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2及び3と、請求項2を引用する請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の砲尾ブロック(10)。
- 前記接触面(38)は、実質的に凹状であり、その結果、前記砲尾ブロック(10)を開くときに、前記開閉レバー(22)の回転運動の角度との関係における前記排出レバー(34)の回転運動の回転角度は、漸増特性曲線を描く請求項5に記載の砲尾ブロック(10)。
- 前記開閉レバー(22)は、開放プロセスの過程で前記砲尾ブロック(10)の開放位置において前記第1の接触ローラ(42)と接触しないように設計され、前記第1の接触ローラ(42)を前記開閉レバー(22)と接触させることができることを特徴とする請求項2及び3と、請求項2を引用する請求項4と、請求項5及び6のいずれか1項に記載の砲尾ブロック(10)。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの砲尾ブロック(10)を備える砲(1)。
