Claims (8)
- シャフト(2)と、内部に配置されたロータバー(4)を有するロータ積層コア(3)と、前記ロータバー(4)のバー端部(41)が前記ロータ積層コア(3)から突き入れられる凹部(51)を有する短絡環(5)とを有する、非同期機のためのかご型ロータ(1)であって、
-前記ロータバー(4)が、その表面において、少なくとも部分的に電気的な絶縁層(10)を備えていること、及び
-前記電気的な絶縁層(10)が、前記ロータバー(4)の表面にのみ材料結合式に結合されているかご型ロータにおいて、前記ロータ積層コア(3)とロータバー(4)の直接的な接触を有効に回避するために、ロータバー(4)の、径方向内側に位置する面部分のみ、もしくは径方向内側に位置する面部分と径方向の外側に位置する面部分の両方に電気的な絶縁層(10)を備えていることを特徴とするかご型ロータ(1)。 - 短絡環(5)の少なくとも一部が、凹部(51)を有するディスク(6)から層状に構成されたディスクパック(7)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のかご型ロータ(1)。
- 前記バー端部(41)が、短絡環(5)の前記ディスクパック(7)に導電的に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のかご型ロータ(1)。
- ロータバー(4)の前記表面における前記絶縁層(10)の厚さが、0.05~0.25mmであることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のかご型ロータ(1)。
- 前記ロータ積層コア(3)から出る前記ロータバー(4)の前記バー端部(41)の表面部分が電気的な絶縁層(10)を備えていないことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のかご型ロータ(1)。
- 前記電気的な絶縁層(10)が、0.05~0.15mmの厚さの接着テープで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のかご型ロータ(1)。
- 前記電気的な絶縁層(10)が、ポリイミド-接着テープで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のかご型ロータ(1)。
- 前記ロータバー(4)が、図心を通って延びる長手軸線(A)を中心とするねじれを有していることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のかご型ロータ(1)。
