Description
本発明が解決しようとするさらに他の技術的課題は、プラズマ処理空間の無菌性を確保できるように、プラズマ処理空間の真空状態を形成できるインプラント保管容器、このための装置、及びこれを用いる方法を提供することである。
これを通じて、インプラント本体110は、外部の空気から遮断されて、汚染に露出されずにプラズマ表面処理ができる。
Claims (12)
- インプラント本体と、
前記インプラント本体に連結されているホールディング・ブロックと、
前記インプラント本体を収納し、かつ前記ホールディング・ブロックに連結されているカバーと、
前記ホールディング・ブロックと前記カバーとの境界を密封して、前記カバーの内部の真空状態を維持する密封部材と、
を備え、
前記ホールディング・ブロックは、前記カバーの内部空気を排気するホールを備える、インプラント保管容器。 - 前記密封部材は、弾性のあるOリングまたはシーリングパッドである請求項1に記載のインプラント保管容器。
- 前記カバーは、前記インプラント本体を収納する内側カバーと、前記内側カバーを収納する外側カバーとで構成され、前記密封部材は、前記外側カバーと前記ホールディング・ブロックとの境界を密封して、前記外側カバーの内部の真空状態を維持する請求項1に記載のインプラント保管容器。
- 前記内側カバーは、内部空気を、前記内側カバーから前記外側カバーに流通させるための経路を備える請求項3に記載のインプラント保管容器。
- 前記外側カバーが前記ホールディング・ブロックから分離される時、前記内側カバーが前記外側カバー及び前記ホールディング・ブロックから共に分離される請求項3に記載のインプラント保管容器。
- 前記内側カバーは、誘電体障壁の放電のための誘電体領域を備える請求項3に記載のインプラント保管容器。
- 前記ホールは、前記カバーの内部空気が排気された後、前記カバーの内側を真空に維持するための回復構造を備える請求項1に記載のインプラント保管容器。
- 前記カバーの内部空気を排気する時に、前記回復構造に空気流通経路が一時的に形成され、前記カバーの内部空気が排気された後、前記空気流通経路は、前記回復構造によって閉鎖され、前記カバーの内側が真空を維持する請求項7に記載のインプラント保管容器。
- 前記カバーは、前記カバーの内部空気を排気するホールを備える請求項1に記載のインプラント保管容器。
- 前記ホールディング・ブロックの外面には電気端子を備え、
前記電気端子と前記インプラント本体とを連結する電気連結部をさらに備える請求項1に記載のインプラント保管容器。 - 前記内側カバーは、誘電体障壁の放電のための誘電体領域を備える請求項3に記載のインプラント保管容器。
- 前記誘電体領域は、紫外線を透過できる請求項11に記載のインプラント保管容器。
