Description

本発明は、包装された食品の感覚器官刺激特性の劣化の上記の問題に取り組む。
バッグインボックス容器のような本発明の感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器は、脂肪酸アミドとは対照的に、特にポリシロキサンスリップ剤を使用するポリマーフィルムから作られる。
本方法は感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器を用意する工程を含む。1つの実施形態では、可撓性容器は4枚のパネルから作られる。製作プロセス中に、フィルム材料の1つまたは複数のウェブが一緒にシールされたとき、パネルが形成される。同様に、個々のそれぞれのパネルを製造するために、1つ、2つまたはそれ以上のウェブが使用されてもよい(すなわちバッグインバッグ構成またはブラダー構成)。同様に、多層フィルムも作製することができる。
(i)105℃未満の第1の溶融温度(Tm1)を有するオレフィン系ポリマーで構成されたシール層、および
(ii)第2の溶融温度(Tm2)(ただしTm2-Tm1>40℃)を有するポリマー材料で構成された外層
を含む。
本発明は、次の実施態様を含む。
[1]感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器の中に包装された食品の感覚器官刺激特性の劣化を減少させる方法であって、該方法は感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器を用意する工程を含み、感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器はポリエチレンを含むフィルムから作られ、ポリエチレンは少なくとも1種の耐酸化性かつ非移行性スリップ剤ポリシロキサンを含む、方法。
[2]前記食品は感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品である、[1]に記載の方法。
[3]感覚器官刺激性特性が変化を受けやすい食品は液体である、[2]に記載の方法。
[4]前記液体はコーヒー、ビール、水またはワインである、[3]に記載の方法。
[5]可撓性包装容器はパウチ、バッグまたはバッグインボックスである、[1]に記載の方法。
[6]耐酸化性スリップ剤は、超高分子量シロキサンポリマーが分散したポリエチレンを含むマスターバッチである、[1]に記載の方法。
[7]ポリエチレンを含むフィルムは1つを超える層を含む、[1]に記載の方法。
[8]耐酸化性スリップ剤は多層フィルムの外層に添加されている、[7]に記載の方法。
[9]ポリエチレンはLLDPEを含む、[1]に記載の方法。
[10]フィルムは有機スリップ剤を含まない、請求項1に記載の方法。
[11]感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品を含む感覚器官刺激特性の劣化が低減された包装食品であって、感覚器官刺激性特性が変化を受けやすい食品は感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器の中に包装され、感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器はポリエチレンを含むフィルムから作られ、ポリエチレンは少なくとも1種の耐酸化性かつ非移行性スリップ剤ポリシロキサンを含む、包装食品。
[12]感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品は液体である、[11]に記載の包装食品。
[13]前記液体はコーヒー、ビール、水またはワインである、[12]に記載の包装食品。
[14]可撓性包装容器はパウチ、バッグまたはバッグインボックスである、[11]に記載の包装食品。
[15]耐酸化性スリップ剤は超高分子量シロキサンポリマーが分散したポリエチレンを含むマスターバッチである、[11]に記載の包装食品。
[16]ポリエチレンを含むフィルムは1つを超える層を含む、[11]に記載の包装食品。
[17]耐酸化性スリップ剤は多層フィルムの外層に添加されている、[16]に記載の包装食品。
[18]ポリエチレンはLLDPEを含む、[11]に記載の包装食品。
[19]前記フィルムは有機スリップ剤を含まない、[11]に記載の包装食品。
Claims (14)
- 感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器の中に包装された食品の感覚器官刺激特性の劣化を減少させる方法であって、該方法は感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器を用意する工程を含み、感覚器官刺激物質用可撓性容器は外層および食品接触シール層としてポリエチレンを含む多層フィルムから作られ、食品接触シール層はポリエチレンおよび耐酸化性かつ非移行性スリップ剤超高分子量ポリシロキサンからなる、方法。
- 前記食品はコーヒー、ビール、水またはワインである液体から選択される感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 可撓性容器はパウチ、バッグまたはバッグインボックスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 耐酸化性スリップ剤は、超高分子量シロキサンポリマーが分散したポリエチレンを含むマスターバッチである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 耐酸化性スリップ剤は多層フィルムの外層に添加されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリエチレンはLLDPEを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィルムは有機スリップ剤を含まない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 可撓性容器の中に包装された感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品を含む感覚器官刺激特性の劣化が低減された包装された感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品であって、可撓性容器は外層および食品接触シール層としてポリエチレンを含む多層フィルムから作られ、食品接触シール層はポリエチレンおよび耐酸化性かつ非移行性スリップ剤超高分子量ポリシロキサンからなる、包装された感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品。
- 感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品はコーヒー、ビール、水またはワインである液体である、請求項8に記載の包装された感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品。
- 可撓性容器はパウチ、バッグまたはバッグインボックスである、請求項8に記載の包装された感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品。
- 耐酸化性かつ非移行性スリップ剤超高分子量ポリシロキサンは超高分子量ポリシロキサンが分散した低密度ポリエチレンを含むマスターバッチである、請求項8に記載の包装された感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品。
- 多層フィルムの外層が耐酸化性かつ非移行性スリップ剤超高分子量ポリシロキサンを含む、請求項8に記載の包装された感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品。
- ポリエチレンはLLDPEを含む、請求項8に記載の包装された感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品。
- 前記フィルムは有機スリップ剤を含まない、請求項8に記載の包装された感覚器官刺激特性が変化を受けやすい食品。
