Claims (4)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に軸方向に移動自在に挿入されるロッドと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されて前記ロッドの一端に連結されるとともに前記シリンダ内を液体が充填されるロッド側室とピストン側室とに区画するピストンと、
気体とともに液体を貯留するタンクと、
前記シリンダの端部を閉塞するバルブケースと、
前記バルブケースの反ピストン側室側に配置されるボトムキャップと、
前記バルブケースと前記ボトムキャップとの間に形成されて前記タンクに連通される液室と、
前記タンクに連通されずに前記ロッド側室と前記液室とを連通する排出通路と、
前記バルブケースに設けられる吸込通路と、
前記排出通路に設けられる減衰バルブと、
前記バルブケースに設けられて前記吸込通路を前記タンクから前記ピストン側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する一方通行の通路に設定するチェックバルブとを備え、
前記排出通路は、前記ボトムキャップに設けられて前記液室に臨む開口端を有して分岐しないキャップ内通路を有する
ことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 - 前記吸込通路は、前記バルブケースに周方向に並べて形成される複数のポートを有し、
前記排出通路の前記開口端は、前記ポートの全部を取り囲む円のうち最小径の仮想円の範囲に前記バルブケースの軸方向にて対向する位置に開口する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダ装置。 - 前記排出通路の前記開口端は、前記バルブケースの前記吸込通路の入口側の開口に正対する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシリンダ装置。 - 前記ロッド側室と前記ピストン側室とを連通する第一通路と、
前記第一通路に設けられた第一開閉弁と、
前記ピストン側室と前記タンクとを連通する第二通路と、
前記第二通路に設けられた第二開閉弁と、
前記排出通路および前記液室を介さずに前記タンクと前記ロッド側室とを連通する供給通路と、
前記供給通路に設けられて前記タンクから前記ロッド側室へ液体を供給可能なポンプとを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシリンダ装置。
